Of late, there has been considerable noteworthy news coming out of the land of Israel concerning our persecuted and fogotten Messianic brothers and sisters in the Lord, much of which has been written about right here on this site. After having completed my own personal research, I discovered that the Messianic churches or body of Christ in Israel receive little if any help in the way of Christian charity mentioned in the Bible from the well meaning Christian people around the world who donate millions of dollars in support of Israel through your Christian Zionist groups such as CUFI and others who operate within Israel, America and around the world.
The Bible says "As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith." Galatians 6:10.
I discovered that the very orthodox Jewish people who persecute and harass our Messianic brethren in the land of Israel are either employed within the Israeli government or have strong connections and ties with the orthodox Shas political party within the Israeli government itself.
In my personal research I also found that the persecution by the orthodox toward the Jewish believers in Jesus as Messiah of Israel comes in the way of causing them to lose their employment so they will be unable to support themselves and or their families, severe intimidation tactics, continuouis public harassment, threats, having their congregations taken over by the ultra orthodox, looked upon as second class citizens and the like. I can actually say it made me think of the persecution the pharisee Saul of Tarsus dished out toward the believers of his day before he was converted to Christianity.
Come May 8, Israel Independence Day, the State of Israel celebrates its 60th birthday. Several celebrations are being held around America and many other parts of the world; and in Israel itself, on May 7th, a spectacular display of lights via laser will light up the skies of Israel that will be viewed by citizens all over the land of Israel including Beersheba, Haifa, Netanya, and various other cities and towns.
While Israel is celebrating its 60th Independence Day, let us remember to lift up our persecuted brethren in Israel who are continuously harassed by the various unbelieving orthodox Jewish sects of Israel operating all over Israel and within the government of Israel itself. Let us keep them in our prayers and ask the Lord Jesus to help us find ways to do good unto the household of faith in Israel as the Scriptures say.

THE PERSECUTED MESSIANIC JEWS OF ISRAEL

For all those who believe Messianic Jews are not Jewish, I would ask you for simple honesty. You must admit that the writers and Biblical people in the New Testament or New Covenant were all Jewish, correct? From all that is written, they were observant Jews, but they still followed and believed in Jesus/Yeshua, also Jewish. Correct?
So why do you call this belief "Christian" and not Jewish as if it were some other worldly religion? The New Covenant or New Testament and the belief in Jesus Christ (Messiah) is completely Jewish!
I know that as a student of the Bible, you are wearing the same shoes as the pharisees that rejected the Messiah who confronted him daily, but at least be honest and admit that Christianity is a Jewish faith, born in the land of Israel with Torah as its foundation.
God's prophet Jeremiah wrote in Jeremiah Chapter 31:
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a "new covenant" with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah;
Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD.
But this shall be the covenant that I shall make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD; for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. vs. 31-34.
Jesus The Messiah was a foreshadow of the things to come and He fulfilled the "Old Covenant". He is the New Covenant spoken of by Jeremiah. When the Jewish temple was destroyed in 70 AD by the Romans, just as prophesied by Messiah Jesus, Jesus paid the penalty for sin for Jews and Gentiles when He was sacrificed for the sins of the human race. When Jesus the Messiah gave His blood, the temple veil was torn in twain and God moved out of that earthly man made temple, as He was done with it and animal sacrifices once and for all. There will not be another temple until Christ returns and establishes His Kingdom, where He will rule and reign on David's throne out of Jerusalem, Israel.
Jew and Genilte alike should noted the persecution of the Messianic Jews. Orthodox and Messianic, Protestant, Catholic,Mormon and any other churches or beliefs should note the signs of the times.
There are men who are ordained to lie, as there are men ordained to speak truth. Both men used history to tell their version of the story.
And if the evil men are smart and they usually are, they do evil works to create a smoke screen, to keep honest people from seening what they themselves don't want you to see. I.E. Apostate Churches.
By their works ye shall know them. But by their works ye shall know if they lie. And if their works say they lie, then there is great truth being hidden
from you and I. There is no reason to lie or live a life of opposition to Christ's teachings, unless, there is something to hide.
I'm going to I hope tell my version of a story. It is my hope it follows my bible word for word.
There is a controversy in Israel.
A story has been told about a man, Jesus Christ,who never really claimed to be Christ to the leaders of the time. Yet he did miracles, as if he were God! Even disapeered right before the religious leader eyes and walk through their midsts, after they took up stones to crucify him.
In His actions, Jesus Christ proclaimed himself God.
Miracles or not, they were not enough for the leaders of Israel. They cared nothing for a man who took compassion upon the people.
Working to minister to their needs, heal their afflictions, love them without stings attached.
Christ's doctrine and testimony drew power and money away from leaders own causes. So they, ( the leaders) conspired in secret, working a secret combination to defeat the one true God.
Yet even then, their 600 plus records in their scriptures talked about a book, a second testimony to come forward confirming Jesus was too the Christ. A prophecied testimony to come forth from the branch of Joseph, would cofirm Jesus Christ was the son of God and the leaders of Israel killed Him. Something most people don't know their bible speaks about.
Please indulge me as I quote Ezekiel 37:16-22 KJV.
16Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim and for all the house of Israel his companions:
We know who the stick of Judah is, I just quoted from it.
17And join them one to another into one stick; and they shall become one in thine hand.
18And when the children of thy people shall speak unto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shew us what thou meanest by these?
19Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.
20And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before their eyes.
Let me point out both records have been joined together already.
21And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:
22And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all.
So for those who want to argue, I would ask you. Is your bible God's word or your word? Because your bible predicted the Messianic Jews persecution and it's caming true.
Why won't this second record come from a completely second nation, who's also numbered amoung the house of Israel and decendant from the branch of Joseph?
Messianic Jews of Israel. In not much longer your beliefs of Christ shall have a second testimony added to yours. Your God will not let your beliefs be for a thing of naught.
However, even as Christ spoke in Mathew, saying another nation would be given His Gospel. And so it has been done. But the leader in our nation revile against it, just as Orthodox Jews against you.
Other Scriptrue speaking of a prophet to bring forth a record or other truth to come forth, also include. Psalms, verse 85, truth shall spring from the earth.
Isaiah chapters 28-30 speaking also of, " as vision of all that is to come is as a book that is sealed".
Confirmation this book has come forward, Isaiah 29 says Lebonon becomes green, and is esteemed as a forest. People will read the book in that time.
Rains decend upon Lebanon in 1845 after almost 2000 years of drought. And is now considered the agricultural power house of the middle east.
And of course the whole book of revelations has dealings with a sealed book. For those who care to wonder and look I'll leave the rest to you!
