Russian Employer Tells Employees To Repent Of Sin Or Lose Your Job

A least one person in Russia, who found God after doing some time in jail on unproven fraud charges, is taking seriously the consequences of sin and  what he sees as a warning from God the recent severe drought and raging wildfires across Russia that has destroyed most of Russia’s wheat harvest.

The man, a Russian tycoon business owner, Vasily Boiko-The Great, employees 6,500 people in a major Russian agriculture holding and is telling his employees to repent of their sins or else lose their job, notifying all 6,500 employees that those living in sin to get married in a church within two months or be fired and banning his employees from getting abortions.

The farming tycoon said he was forced to resort to extreme measures after Russia was struck by an unprecedented drought and thousands of wild fires this summer

"Such an extreme situation is punishment for the Russian people's sins," he told daily newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda. "I need to take extreme measures including looking at the way my employees treat God."

Preach it, brother!
Repent, and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  Acts 2:38

Many are sounding the alarm around the world that the world is beginning to see divine judgment for its wickedness, and to repent of their sins before it is too late, as in the days of Noah. But none repented, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

Many times in the Old Testament, the prophets of Israel mention fire in connection with divine judgment. Zephaniah 1:18 and MalachIi 4:1 comes to mind here. And the ultimate of divine judgment is perishing eternally, which Jesus often informed his audience that unbelievers would be gathered and burned as written in John 15:6, and too numerous to mention other scriptures given by Jesus and the apostles that liken divine judgment with fire.

And Haggai Chapter 1:11 is a perfect situation where God called for a drought over all of the land because the people did not build the house nor consider “their ways” and glorify the Lord.

The world's only hope is in Jesus Christ.  Do you know him?
