Ah... I knew you would see it once ...Hi Anonymous:

Ah... I knew you would see it once you read "THE CHRIST ON THE CROSS" from the link. That is as far as I read, and I knew it was not true biblical Christianity from the Scriptures. You clarified the deception very well. However, to an undiscerning eye, or a new believer or someone who "is still searching" for the truth", that person can be easily sucked into their false teachings, without even knowing the difference.

The social gospel is the thing these days and it is spreading like a wild fire, using Christianity as a front. It will not hold up in the face of persecution as it is a 'gospel' built upon sand, not rooted and grounded in the crucifixion, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Similar to the Mormon religion, the Mormons who will tell you they are Christian and believe in Christ; when you read their Book of Mormon, for many it is too late. They have already fallen into the lie.Tonihttp://FilesFromToni.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34170431.post-55753916900556185202011-04-04T13:58:15.522-04:002011-04-04T13:58:15.522-04:00Yes, Toni, I saw that too later on after reading t...Yes, Toni, I saw that too later on after reading through and became confused by it. They preach adherence to both Old and New Testament and do not deny the Holy Spirit but embrace it. But then they seemed to backtrack in the area of Jesus as Saviour, saying yes, He is, but then saying no, not through the Cross, then plastered it over with contradictary language. There was something on their TV program, which though a tear-jerker and does tell of people who overcame adversity purely through faith in Jesus, they append at the end of each weekly show something about belief in "social justice". And when I hear that stated as such each week, it gave me a queasy feeling, as "social justice" is also one of the claimed "rights", of "equal outcome" instead of "equal opportunity", i.e., God-given inalienable rights as per the Constitution, and it also took on a more political than religious tone when I would hear them say that, at the end of each show.

So you may very well be right and I am dubious now on two counts about their organization, one being exactly the same part of their website you read, which I read that also - and then this other, about ending the show using the words "social justice" - which to me sounds more political based, like the agenda might have more to do with deceptive propagandizing of communistic one-world AntiChristian government - than it has to do with bringing people to Christ.

That is what I worry about a lot of deceptive things I see nowadays, where they might use Christ and use highly charted emotional imagery and story-telling to create an emotion of "good feeling" - but then at the tail end, if they are only willing to put Christ in the category of "good man" or "wise prophet", but deny the Resurrection and validity of prophecies, then it makes me think it's more of a "set-up", to con people into thinking they are doing "good" by getting involved with them - but it's calling for "good deeds" but not real faith. And real faith is what is required to save one's soul from satan in the end.

So yes, I was thinking something what you were thinking, after I explored their website further and in particular, the very same heading that you found, I found that too - plus there was that issue of what they say at the end of each show - that I now believe this is what I feared it might be, namely, a deception, through dripping in sugar and honey as the AntiChrist will be everything sugar and spice and everything nice.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34170431.post-64286330444708047292011-04-03T18:19:00.108-04:002011-04-03T18:19:00.108-04:00Anonymous said:

It is Christian based as they say they are non-denominational but take all of their teachings directly from the Old and New Testaments. They do place a lot of emphasis on Israel, including field trips they send the young ones and feature stories of people in Japan who overcame great difficulties and tragedies in their personal lives purely through belief in Christ and deliverance by God. There is emphasis on the Holy Spirit being very important for this process. Last night was another in their weekly series and I took time to write down their website address thinking to post it. Their website can be found at
if anyone is curious.

To Anonymous:
Thank you for your comments; sometimes things will look Chlristian, but in fact are not. All of the cults have a touch of the truth in them.

After reading through the material on the link you included, I decided not to publish the link because I discovered some erroneous statements that do not line up with the scriptures of the New Testament, and in fact deny the Son of God under the category THE CHRIST ON THE CROSS.

If you would like to discuss this with me further, please send me your email and I will be very happy to discuss this with you, and point out the errors that I discovered from the link.

Blessings to you.

Toni
April 3, 2011Tonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04724664422674142076noreply@blogger.com
