In a major defeat for the ACLU, also known by many as America’s communists who attempt to legally take God and Jesus Christ out of the American way of life by using the very God-given freedoms against America that the Founding Fathers intended for America to embrace, the US Supreme Court ruled that the Mojave cross can stay.
