I thought to myself "why would God TV sponsor such a blasphemous event as this counterfeit revival" until I saw that name Wendy Alec of God TV. The same person who told Todd Jesus was going to show up at the 'revival'.
"Last night, Todd Bentley read out a prophecy from Wendy Alec of GOD TV. It was done to hype the Sunday night show (8th June - tonight) for the kingly anointing to fall. Jesus apparantly said via Wendy Alec (you can hear it word for word on the video) that ‘I am coming in person to Lakeland. I am coming in the clouds, surrounded by chariots and a host of angels. I will set foot on stage in a divine personal one on one visitation to the revival.’
Now is this a man, who calls himself a revivalist and a pastor, and a woman connected to a worldwide audience for God via God-TV familiar with the teachings of Jesus Christ? I don't think so.
The Testimony of Scripture
Isaiah 8:20-- To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
Matthew 24:23-27 Then if any man say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert' go not forth; behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.
For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall the coming of the son of man be.
It kinda looks like Wendy and Todd have a money-making business partnership scheme. What do you think?

It just keeps getting more and more manipulative. There is no shame and more importantly no discernment. Benny (there are nine in the trinity) Hinn prophesied on TBN (Theologically Barren Network) that Jesus was going to appear in person on the platform "in a few weeks" in one of his upcoming crusades. This has been 3-4 years now and no Jesus. TIME IS THE ENEMY OF THE FALSE PROPHET.

It's important to remember that it's fully biblical to ask for money. The reason missionaries must fund raise, ministries must have telethons, etc. is largely because the body isn't giving.
ReplyDeleteDo some handle finances poorly? Yes. Ministries do. However, we should not have a knee-jerk reaction and stop giving.
To run a television ministry, that has no commercials, is a massive undertaking. Without giving from the body it wouldn't be possible.

Concerning the Gospel of Christ, it is Messiah Jesus' command to His original twelve chosen Jewish apostles, according to scripture, that His Gospel be distributed freely:

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Romans 3:24

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 1 Corinth 2:12

Paul instructs Timothy in I Timothy Chapter 6 these words of Godly wisdom and warning that we need to adhere to:
1: Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.
2: And they that have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brethren; but rather do them service, because they are faithful and beloved, partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.
3: If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
4: He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
5: Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

Yet, the Word of Faith movement of which charismatics like God TV, Bentley, Hinn, Copeland, etal blasphemies, perverts and merchandises the Gospel of Christ, teaching that God is not sovereign over His creation, and has concocked this blasphemous doctrine from Christ's Gospel message of God's grace to save lost sinners to one of health, wealth and prosperity, aka "Name it and claim it-Blab it and grab it."

It is indeed an abomination. Bentley is a prophet of Satan and so is Wendy.
ReplyDeleteI'm not really interested in lying but one has to wonder if a bunch of people sent in fake testimonies, would they read them on air?
I thought it would be interesting to see if my dog could be healed of his arthritic legs by watching the show with me. And would he become UN-neutered?
