Massive fish die offs all around the world, birds dropping dead from the sky, dolphins beaching themselves in several places,extreme and record breaking weather around the world, and now with the extreme heat and drought, we have extreme insect swarms. Take a look at the forecast for spring-- insect swarms.

I was curious to learn the significance of a swarm of bees from a biblical viewpoint. From the scriptures I found, in Deuteronomy 1:44, in the writings of Moses he says, "The Amorites chased you, as bees do"; in Psalm 118:12, the psalmist says, "They compassed me about like bees"; in Isaiah 7:18, the bee is the type of the chastisement that the Lord will bring from the land of Assyria.

A swarm of bees are very powerful, and very offensive, and an instrument used by God in a dreadful manner for sin and disobedience against Him.

Electronics Giant 'Best Buy' Aligns With Islamic Radical- Hamas Linked CAIR

Ailing Retail Giant Sponsors Hamas-Linked Islamist Group,
Refuses to Rule Out Future Funding to Islamic Radicals

The electronics giant 'Best Buy' has now aligned with Islamic Radical-Hamas linked CAIR.

The struggling retail giant recently used profits from American consumers to fund the annual banquet of a group closely linked to Hamas. The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) recently listed Best Buy as a "Platinum Sponsor." Best Buy has refused to rule out future support for CAIR through numerous messages to its public relations department. The big box retailer is already in chaos amid the recent resignation of its CEO for personal misconduct, dwindling sales and bond downgrades.

The United States government named CAIR an "unindicted co-conspirator" to fund the terrorist group Hamas in America's most significant terror financing trial. The U.S. also identified CAIR as an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood, sharing the common goal of dismantling American institutions and turning the U.S. into a Sharia-compliant, Islamic state through incremental, stealth jihad.

• Senator Barbara Boxer (Democrat, California) took the rare step of rescinding an official award to a constituent upon learning that the individual was an official with a local branch of CAIR.

• CAIR's Minnesota branch hampered a federal investigation into the disappearances of dozens of Twin Cities Somali men, by discouraging local Somalis from cooperating with the FBI. CAIR-MN is thought to be closely aligned with mosques that may have recruited the local Somalis to take up arms overseas in jihads.

Where Is America In Bible Prophecy?

While I do not agree with him on everything he writes, I like Walid Shoebat because he gives a clear Bible picture with a different perspective than your mainline evangelical so called self-proclaimed Bible scholars. Such is the case in his latest article "Where Is America In Bible Prophecy?"

This scripturally docomented article by Walid Shoebat that all nations will come under "the antichrist" certainly blows holes in the theory taught by many of those self-proclaimed Bible scholars in the pre-trib camp. For years it has been taught be these same so called scholars that America is not found in Bible prophecy. However, not only does the following article by Walid Shoebat give credible scriptural evidence that America may indeed to be found in Bible prophecy, and according to Mr. Shoebat, the opposite of what multitudes have been taught may be true.

For many years, it has been taught that in the Last-Days literally every nation of the earth – including the United States – will be utterly dominated by the Antichrist; there will be no place to escape from the dreaded Mark of the Beast; every last nation of the world will come against Jerusalem. Zechariah 12 is usually used to validate the theory, as is the Apostle John. After all, the Antichrist will be given “authority over every tribe, people, language, and nation,” (Revelation 13:7).

This would seem like an ironclad case for the Antichrist ruling the globe, including the United States, which he uses in his march against Jerusalem. It is this dilemma that caused many to believe that the United States will be taken over by Antichrist.

Before we attempt to solve this issue, it is necessary to clarify the dilemma. For this, we can ask a Jesus-style question: does the usage of the phrase, “the whole earth” and “every tribe, tongue and nation” in the Bible mean “the entire globe”? If so, then did Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4:1 send his letter to every nation, tribe and tongue in the “entire globe”?

“Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you.” (Daniel 4:1)

“O king, the Most High God gave your father Nebuchadnezzar sovereignty and greatness and glory and splendor. Because of the high position he gave him, all the peoples and nations and men of every language dreaded and feared him,” (Daniel 5:18, 19).

How about…

“Men of all nations came to listen to Solomon’s wisdom, sent by all the kings of the world, who had heard of his wisdom,” (I Kings 4:34)

Did anyone visit Solomon from China?

How about…

“Howbeit every nation made gods of their own, and put them in the houses of the high places which the Samaritans had made, every nation in their cities wherein they dwelt,” (2 Kings 17:29).

Did the inhabitants of every last nation of the earth have Samaritan gods in their homes?

How about…

“the kings of Assyria have laid waste all the nations, and their countries.” Isaiah 37:18

Did King Sennacherib of Assyria actually destroy all nations on the face of the earth?

How about…

“As I was considering, suddenly a male goat came from the west, across the surface of the whole earth,” (Daniel 8:5).

Did Alexander the Great occupy the whole earth?

So then, let us offer a new perspective regarding the end-times verses:

Zechariah 14:2 “For I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem for battle”
Matthew 25:32 “I will also gather all nations”
Joel 3:2 “I will gather all nations”

Such verses should not be isolated. In context, Zechariah 12 only encompasses the surrounding nations:

“I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves,” (Zechariah 12:2-3).

In Joel 3:12 we find the same:

“Let the nations be wakened, and come up to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; For there I will sit to judge all the surrounding nations.”

“The surrounding peoples” and “all the nations of the earth” are two references pertaining to the same people; “all the nations” and “the earth” is not the entire globe, though the translation may seem to allude to it as such. The problem is that the translation at times makes it difficult since – in English – “the earth” tends to mean “the entire globe” and in Hebrew the word “Eretz” commonly means “the land” and not “the entire globe.”

Then we have the culture. In ancient Hebrew, we find a grammatical construct that makes emphatic statements in order to convey a point, whereas using hyperbole is extremely common in eastern cultures. Elaborating on the exceptions would entirely blunt the impact of the statement. For instance, imagine a speed limit sign that listed the exceptions painted on it, “speed limit 55—except ambulances, fire trucks, police giving chase, etc.” Thus, exceptions cannot be ruled out on the basis of exclusive language. This type of language is actually found quite frequently in the Bible. Throughout the prophecies of end-times the Bible is speaking of a regional war and not global (Ezekiel 36:4, 5, Psalm 79:12, Jeremiah 12:14, Ezekiel 28-32).

One common argument I always get is an objection that “the earth” is meant to be “the known world,” that today’s “known world” must then encompass the entire globe. This assumption is false since all “Four Beasts” in Daniel chapter 7 arise out of “the Great Sea” (Daniel 7:2). “The Great Sea” is the Mediterranean region, not the entire globe. That with all the literal nations of end-times encompasses only the Middle East and Asia Minor. If the first beast (Babylon), second beast (Medo-Persia) and third beast (Greece) all were out within the “Great Sea” (Mediterranean) then the fourth beast of Daniel 7 could only pertain to the Mediterranean Sea as well.

To make the Antichrist rule a global one, many western interpreters today allegorize “The Great Sea” as “the sea of humanity.” In so doing, we lose the meaning and the intent of the prophecy. This reference to “The Great Sea” cannot be an allegory pertaining to the “sea of humanity” since every verse in the Bible refers to “The Great Sea” as the Mediterranean Sea (see Num 34:6-7, Jos 1:4, Jos 9:1, Jos 15:12, Jos 15:47, Jos 23:4, Ezek 47:10, 15, 19, 20, Ezek 48: 28).

The Bible makes every effort to clarify that the nations surrounding Israel are the ones to which it is referring:

“And render unto our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord,” (Psalm 79:12).

Qatar Named Fattest Nation On Earth

1 Timothy 6:10 came to mind when I first read this sad story.

The tiny,richest nation on earth, Qatar, has also been named the fattest nation on earth. In Qatar, half of all adults are obese. Killing themselves with worldly riches and luxuries,Qataris are developing diabetes a decade younger than average, which, in turn, is pushing up rates of illnesses like hypertension, partial paralysis, heart disease, and blindness.

The Bible warns us about gluttony. Esau was a glutton. He was too lazy to make his own meal but instead sold his own inheritance, or birthright to Jacob, for a mess of pottage. From Genesis 25:23-34

Esau, father of the Edomites, (Genesis 36:9)  was the eldest of twins born to the Biblical patriarch, Isaac. The younger twin was named Jacob, whose name was changed by God to Israel. (Genesis 35:10).  When Esau was faint with hunger upon return home from the field, he asked Jacob for some of the stew Jacob had prepared. Jacob offered to sell it for Esau's birthright as the elder brother. Esau basically said the birthright would not do him any good if he was dead of hunger. He " sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright."

With much of the world going to bed hungry, and starving, the prophet Isaiah 58:10-11 from the Hebrew Scriptures has given us the perfect cure for the disease of obesity and a host of other diseases packaged with it, and gluttony.

"And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day:

And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not."

"He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again. Proverbs 19:17

Despite a seemingly tranquil start to the day Saturday, the environment will be such that numerous damaging thunderstorms will form from 4:00 p.m. CDT on through much of the night. Drought Expands Throughout USA

America is in the midst of a drought that is expanding throughout the USA. While climatologists brush it off as a climate weather pattern called 'La Niña' in the Pacific, all one has to do is go to God's Holy Word to find out the cause. One of God's judgements predicted in Isaiah 24:3-4 is drought, and is the consequences of disobedience or sin against God. Deuteronomy 11:17, Deuteronomy 28:24, Zechariah 14:17. Isaiah also prophesied another form of drought, or extreme heat in Isaiah 24:6. The Book of Revelation speaks of the same end time events and predicts extreme weather, as the USA and the entire world is experiencing as part of God's judgement upon the nations. There will be fierce and scorching heat.Revelation 16:8-9. If you haven't repented of your sins, or turned away from sin, and turned to Jesus Christ, the living God, I urge you to do so now while there is still time.

Drought Expands Throughout USA

Still reeling from devastating drought that led to at least $10 billion in agricultural losses across Texas and the South in 2011, the nation is enduring more unusually parched weather.

A mostly dry, mild winter has put nearly 61% of the lower 48 states in "abnormally dry" or drought conditions, according to the U.S. Drought Monitor, a weekly federal tracking of drought. That's the highest percentage of dry or drought conditions since September 2007, when 61.5% of the country was listed in those categories.

Only two states — Ohio and Alaska — are entirely free of abnormally dry or drought conditions, according to the Drought Monitor.

The drought is expanding into some areas where dryness is rare, such as New England.

"Conditions are starting to worry us now," said Keith Eggleston , a climatologist with the Northeast Regional Climate Center in Ithaca, N.Y.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, stream flow levels are at record or near-record lows in much of New England. The Drought Monitor lists all of Vermont as "abnormally dry," just six months after the state's wettest August on record that stemmed mainly from disastrous flooding by the remnants of Hurricane Irene.

So far this year, Connecticut has endured its driest January-March period ever, Weather Channel meteorologist Jonathan Erdman reports. This followed the state's wettest year on record.

The drought is mainly an agricultural concern in the Northeast at this point, says Eggleston. While agricultural conditions in the Northeast could be perilous if the dry weather continues as the growing season kicks off, water shortages for the public shouldn't be an issue, as most reservoirs were near or at capacity due to the early-season snowmelt and thaw, and to wetter conditions in the past, the Drought Monitor reported. Sweden: Immigration Authorities Set To Deport Iranian Christian Asylum Seekers Back To Iran To Be Persecuted

What kind of depraved mind set would do such a horrible thing as to deport Iranian asylum seekers back to Iran where they will be tortured and persecuted? The immigration authorities in Sweden is set to deport Iranian Christian asylum seekers back to Iran if they have their way, even though the entire world knows that the Iranian regime persecutes and tortures Christians and that being a Christian in Iran is illegal

Apparently, the Swedes have forgotten that they will one day reap the bad fruit of what they have sown. Galatians 6:7, as did Great Britain, who lost their empire because of their treatment of the Jews during WWII. This horrific action by the Swedes reminds me of the events during WWII, when the British, in an effort to appease the muslims, refused to allow Jews to immigrate to Palestine, and all but stopped legal immigration of Jews to Palestine. During the war, Jews were forced to form an 'illegal'immigration effort to Palestine, in order to rescue tens of thousands of European Jews from Hitler's Final Solution. Jews were rescued from the Nazis by shipping them to Palestine in rickety boats. Many of these boats were intercepted and some sank with great loss of life.

Despite efforts and expressions of concern by asylum activists in Stockholm, to prevent Iranian Christian asylum seekers from being deported from Sweden, the possibility of their deportation by Swedish immigration authorities remains. These Christians face dangers if returned to their country of origin.

(Iranian Christian news agency, Mohabat News ) - After the immigration office of Sweden decided to deport Iranian asylum seekers, among whom are some Iranian Christians, a number of Human Rights and political activists made numerous efforts to prevent this from happening. Among these efforts we can mention the Federation of Iranian refugees held a demonstration in Sweden (Feb. 13) to protest the deportation verdict of one asylum seeker and the arrest of another refugee, as well as the presentation of a statement by four Human Rights activists to the Swedish immigration office.

In this statement it was written that "we are four Iranian Human Rights activists who object to the racist politics of the Swedish government towards the asylum seeker's community and strongly condemn the deportation of Mohammad-Reza Hamedi on February 15, 2012. We call on the immigration office of this country to immediately release asylum seekers including Mohammad-Ali Hodaei and Yasin Elyasi. They pleaded with this office to show a more humanitarian behavior towards these people. Read More
