Biggest Natural Gas Find In The History of Israel Discovered

The biggest natural gas find in the history of Israel has been discovered off the coast of Israel, according to the  Nobel CEO, and is reportedly worth $45B, while Haaretz is reporting its worth as $95B,  potentially setting Israel up to be a natural gas exporting nation.

Presently, Russia is the main supplier of natural gas to the European countries, and have intimidated these same nations with threats of turning off the gas supply if they don’t get their way. European countries probably will jump at the chance to buy their natural gas from Israel, and become less dependent upon the Russians.

While this is exceptionally good economic news for the Israelis and Europeans, the Russians, who are friendly with the Iranians, Syria and Hizbol and supply weapons to them to use against Israel,  and Israel’s neighboring arab enemies, all now have more reason to wipe Israel off the map.

Could this huge natural gas discovery by the Israelis be the underlying catalyst that ignites a regional war in the Middle East that will ultimately affect the entire world?

"And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them, dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, Ezekiel 38:11 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land." Ezekiel 38:12 

 Russia has already taken a serious interest in Israel's natural gas.

Egypt Cancelling Natural Gas Deal With Israel

I am surprised this has not happened sooner. The pipeline that supplies the gas to Israel has been blown up, sabotaged or attacked at least 14 times. Before the sabotage, Egypt supplied about 40 percent of Israel's natural gas, which is the country's main energy source. And now, Egypt is cancelling its natural gas deal with Israel.

Egypt's national gas company EGAS announced Sunday that it will be cancelling its natural gas supply deal with Israel.

Ampal-American Israel Corporation, a partner in the East Mediterranean Gas Company (EMG), which operates the pipeline, said the Egyptian companies involved had notified EMG they were "terminating the gas and purchase agreement."

The company said in a statement that the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation and Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company had notified them of the decision, adding that "EMG considers the termination attempt unlawful and in bad faith, and consequently demanded its withdrawal."

It said EMG, Ampal, and EMG's other international shareholders were "considering their options and legal remedies as well as approaching the various governments."

Sources close to EMG said in response, "Egypt does not understand what it is doing. This move will bring back the country - politically and economically – by 30 years. This is a breach of the peace agreement with Israel." Read more from Haaretz.com

I am sure Egypt knows very well what it is doing as the Muslim Brotherhood would like nothing better than for Egypt's peace treaty with Isreal to be destroyed, which will be a prelude to war. The good news is that Israel has plenty of its own natural gas now, so Egypt is doing Israel a favor. However, this could cause a muslim "gas grab" in the region, and start a major war between the Jews and the arabs. Read about it here.

Israel Finds More Natural Gas

Israel has found yet another massive deposit of natural gas, this time 37 miles off the coast of the Israeli city of Hadera

This news of Israel finding more natural gas is absolutely astounding, and will turn Israel's enemies green with envy. This new find could be the biggest natural gas find in history, and would transform the Israeli economy for the better for decades to come." What this means for Israel is that they will no longer be dependent on any other nation for its natural gas needs, and instead Israel will become a major natural gas exporter for the region, rivaling even Russia's exports.

• Israel is now an even hotter commodity than it already has been. Besides the world wanting control of Jerusalem for its religious importance (Zechariah 12:1-3) and their hostile Arab neighbors coveting the financial importance of Israel's newly restored and agriculturally bountiful land, now these massive gas deposit finds will indeed make Israel a very rich country.

Huge Israeli Natural Gas Find Off Haifa Coast Even More Massive Than Expected

The huge Israeli natural gas find off the coast of Haifa reported here in Januray is much larger than originally anticipated, Israel National News is reporting:

A massive natural gas find off the coast of Haifa which was lauded as capable of fueling all of Israel for 15 years is actually more than 60 percent larger than originally estimated, according to the American partner in the drill, Noble Energy Inc. The implications of this discovery to Israel cannot be overstated

Israeli companies Isramco Negev 2, Delek Drilling, Avner Oil Exploration, and Dor Gas Exploration had the majority of the stake on the dig – named Tamar-1 – which is estimated at a potential of 5 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. That estimate is up from January, at which time the partners believed the well contained 3 trillion cubic feet of gas.

The team will keep their drilling rig in the area for two more wells they believe may be present as well. More at link above

Huge Gas Reserves Discovered Off Haifa, Israel

Is it just a coincidence that as Israel and Hamas call for a cease fire and peace, a condition needed before Ezekiel 38 can take place, Israel will no longer be dependant upon foreign gas as huge gas reserves have been discovered off of Haifa? This is an astonishing discovery as Bible prophecy concerning Israel again is being fulfilled right before our very eyes and in the not too distant future it appears.

This will reshape the status quo in the Middle East and the arabs will have a literal fit over this find. And you can believe that Russia, who presently supplies Europe with and turns the natural gas energy switch on and off like a light, is watching this news event very closely. Meanwhile, Russia has been building a strong alliance with Israel's enemies Iran, Syria, Lebanon and Lybia, a condition that is needed before Ezekiel 38 can take place.

"Speaking on Army Radio Sunday morning, an exhilarated Yitzhak Tshuva, owner of the Delek Group Ltd, one of the owners of the well, called the discovery "one of the biggest in the world, promising that the find would present a historic land mark in the economic independence of Israel."

Remember that Jacob's prophecy over Joseph in Genesis 49:25 tells us "Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:

Deuteronomy 33:24 And of Asher he said, Let Asher be blessed with children; let him be acceptable to his brethren, and let him dip his foot in oil.

"I have no doubt that this is a holiday for the State of Israel. We will no longer be dependent [on foreign sources] for our gas, and will even export.  We are dealing with inconceivably huge quantities; Israel now has a solution for the future generations," Tshuva added. More at J Post.

Ezekiel 38 tells us of Gog and how he and his armies will come against the people of Israel in the last days to plunder their wealth: "Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. 9

To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land. 12."

Israel Set To Export Gas

Continuing with relevant information that has been rapidly occurring in Israel concerning the prophecy of Ezekiel in Chapters 38 and 39, or Gog-Magog War, besides the Gaza Flotilla incident that the Rabbis of Israel believe to be a prelude to the prophesied Gog-Mag War, another very news worthy event has been announced in Israel today. Israel is set to export gas the Jerusalem Post is reporting. This could very well hasten the prophesied war, as Israel has struck natural gas off the shore of Israel that Israel's surrounding muslim enemies will claim as belonging to them. In this day and age characterized by lies and deception, the truth doesn't matter; it's what it looks like in the politically correct media that counts.

The Jerusalem Post is reporting that the field is estimated to contain 15 trillion cubic feet of gas and is the second large scale gas find in a month. Last month's find, in a field called 'Tamar', is thought to contain enough gas to supply Israel for the next twenty years.

In a separate Jerusalem Post story today, it was announced that the gas found near Haifa contains "enough gas to supply Israel's gas requirements for the next 50 to 70 years."

According to a recently released report by the U. S. Department of Interior, Israel has massive reserves of natural gas and oil supplies just offshore, lying under the Mediterranean.

Russian Company Interested In Israel's Gas

This could becomea a volitile situation very fast. While the U. S. Department of Interior has reported that Israel has 122 trillion cubic feet of natural gas offshore in a story I reported here, UPI.com is reporting that a Russian energy company is also interested in Israel's gas. According to P M Netanyahu, Israel is no longer interested in Russian gas because they will have their own supply.

Russia is noted for “taking an interest” in other nation’s strategically located energy resources. Remember in 2008 when Russian jets bombed a vital pipeline that supplies oil to the west in the Russian-Georgian War, when Russia attacked the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which transports oil from the Caspian Sea to Turkey, targeting Georgia’s economic resources that I wrote about here?

Meanwhile, Russia is selling fighter jets, short range air defense systems, and armored vehicles to Israel’s enemy Syria, who supplies Hizbol the Jerusalem Post is now reporting.

For those of us watching world events taking place as it concerns biblical prophecy, without a doubt,we can see the makings for Ezekiel's War taking place before our very eyes.

Egyptian Islamic Radicals Ransack And Torch Israeli Embassy

It’s getting very hot in the Middle East.

 Thanks to the new Egypt and the Obama sponsored Arab Spring and the throwing out of long standing President Mubarak of Egypt, who kept the stability in the Middle East for 40 years; Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian Islamic radicals have stormed the Israeli embassy, ransacked and torched it in Egypt, causing the removal of Ambassador Yizhak Levanon, his family and 80 embassy staff members were taken from their homes to Cairo airport and flown home aboard by two Israeli military planes. Six Israeli security officers remained on guard until early morning and were later rescued from a room with steel doors by Egyptian commandos who drove them to the airport in an armored car, according to Debka.com. 

Meanwhile, the Prime Minister of Turkey, Erdogan,  who is desperately seeking  a physical clash with Israel because Israel refused to apologize for defending itself in a raid against islamic thugs  after Turkey sponsored a terrorist ship enroute to Hamas controlled Gaza to break a legal blockage by Israel,  will be initiating an Arab Spring tour of Egypt and other Arab Spring countries to forge stronger ties.

Not only is Erdogan  seeking an alliance with Arab Spring countries involved in the Gog-Mag War of Ezekiel 38, Turkey has boldly stated that Turkey warships will escort any future Gaza aid flotilla, announcing that

“his country had taken steps to stop Israel from unilaterally exploiting natural resources from the eastern Mediterranean, according to Al Jazeera's Arabic translation of excerpts of the interview, which was conducted in Turkish“.

"the Turkish navy will significantly strengthen its presence in the eastern Mediterranean Sea, as one of the steps the Turkish government has decided to take following the release of the UN Palmer report on the 2010 Gaza flotilla."

"The eastern Mediterranean will no longer be a place where Israeli naval forces can freely exercise their bullying practices against civilian vessels," a Turkish official was quoted as saying.

As part of the plan, the Turkish navy will increase its patrols in the eastern Mediterranean and pursue "a more aggressive strategy".

It’s quite obvious that Turkey is out to create a clash with Israel because Turkey is out for the spoils of war which are the gas and oil reserves recently discovered on the shores Israel.

According to DEBKA File, Turkey’s plans is:

Erdogan plans to send his warships into this water for two missions:

1. To split the Israel's small Navy into two heads – one for sustaining the blockade against Gaza and one for safeguarding the gas and oil rigs opposite its shores.
2. To scare Israel into the full or partial stoppage of its offshore oil and gas operations.

Israel Strikes Oil Again Off Tel Aviv Coast

Israel has struck oil again, this time off the Tel Aviv coast. Owners say the find includes 100 million barrels of oil, worth $10 billion.

At a time when Israel's neighboring arab enemies are using natural resources and sanctions against Israel, and the entire world is going against Israel, with threats of boycotts, Israel is prospering immensly inspite of the enemy's devious tactics. Israel has struck oil again, this time off the Tel Aviv coast. Owners say the find includes 100 billion barrels of oil, worth $10 billion. At a time when the world is attempting to cut Israel off, the Lord is making Israel self sufficient.  Surely this is God watching over Israel and His people.

The oil was defined as “ high quality” and reportedly can be extracted even easier than the gas.

The amount of oil is estimated to meet Israel’s needs for 18 months, in addition to other energy finds in the Tamar and Leviathan fields off the Haifa coast. Companies developing those fields say there is enough gas and perhaps oil to turn Israel into an exporter. Full story here.
