What better makings for an anti-christ One World Religious system could we have than Tony Blair from the Roman Catholic Church and his newly formed Inter-Faith Religious Foundation, the Pope/Vatican who believes that aliens are our brothers and human beings evolved from apes, and Rick Warren with his pluralistic, seeker friendly, purpose driven UN agenda to put it all together?

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair said Friday that leaders in an interdependent world must work to end religious conflict or face "catastrophe" as he introduced a new foundation dedicated to interfaith understanding.

Religion is as important in this century as political ideology was in the last, Blair said. The Tony Blair Faith Foundation will fight extremism, organize faith groups against poverty and illness, and educate people worldwide about religions other than their own, he said.

Blair, who stepped down from office last year, recently converted to Roman Catholicism.

The group's advisory council includes evangelical megapastor Rick Warren, who with his wife, Kay, advocates for HIV/AIDS victims worldwide; Ismail Khudr Al-Shatti, an adviser to the prime minister of Kuwait; and world Baptist and Jewish leaders. Catholic Cardinal Cormac Murphy O'Connor of Westminster, England, has pledged to join the council when the pope allows him to retire.

Todd Bentley and the Lakeland Revival have drawn attention from people all over the world. I am encouraged to see so many people drawn to my website from all around the world seeking information about what is happening in Lakeland. Another brother out of the United Kingdom has also been reporting on the Lakeland Revival and his input is here , for those who are unaware of this, with an excerpt following:

• Colossians 1:18And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the pre-eminence.

If we want to find out what the purpose of this revival is, we need to look at what is being taught by its leaders. You might be forgiven for thinking that a spiritual revival in the Church would result in Christians coming into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. This is not the case with the Florida Outpouring. In fact Bentley says that God has specifically instructed him not to teach people about Jesus Christ. Instead he believes that God wants him to teach about "the angel".

Bentley related this fact at one of his meetings. "God, why do I want people to believe in the angel?", he questioned, "Isn't it about getting the people to believe in Jesus?"  Even Bentley seemed surprised by this unusual request from the Father. The response came back, "The people already believe in Jesus, but the Church doesn't believe in the supernatural". You will not see Bentley read from the Scriptures. You may not even hear him talk much about God or Jesus Christ, despite all the miracles that seem to be taking place. But you will hear him talk about angels and the supernatural. And so it seems that the purpose of this revival is to get people focused on the supernatural.

Another twist of events in the case of the New Testament burning in Israel has occurred.  It now appears that the attorney for the Messianic Jews, Calev Myers, who is filing a formal complaint Thursday, states he doubts the Jewish missionaries handed out the New Testaments.  So how did they get into these homes?

"Myers, however, said he doubts that Messianic Jewish missionaries distributed the New Testaments. He said it's not clear how the volumes found their way into homes in Or-Yehuda."

Hundreds of New Testaments Torched in Israel

(CNN) -- Police in Israel are investigating the burning of hundreds of New Testaments in a city near Tel Aviv, an incident that has alarmed advocates of religious freedom.

Investigators plan to review photographs and footage showing "a fairly large" number of New Testaments being torched this month in the city of Or-Yehuda, a police spokesman, Mickey Rosenfeld said Wednesday.

The episode has worried defenders of Israel's minority population of Messianic Jews, who consider themselves Jewish but believe in the divinity of Jesus, as do Christians. It also has concerned evangelical Christians in North America, Europe and Asia, who visit Israel by the hundreds of thousands.

Calev Myers, an attorney for Messianic Jews in Israel, told CNN he plans to file a formal complaint Thursday with the national police at the request of the United Christian Council in Israel, an umbrella organization for a few dozen Christian organizations outside Israel.

"I hope the people who are responsible for breaking the law will be indicted and prosecuted," he said.

Myers said his complaint will ask the authorities to investigate possible violations of two Israeli laws. One forbids the destruction or desecration of any religious icon or item that a group holds sacred. Another bans people from speaking publicly in a way that offends or humiliates a certain religion.

Both laws are meant to prevent people from inciting religious violence, he said.

The burning controversy has unfolded against the backdrop of other instances that Myers cited as examples of discrimination against Messianic Jews in Israel.More at link

Six Hundred More US Trained-Armed Fatah Men Deployed

(IsraelNN.com) Six hundred additional US-trained armed Fatah men will be deployed in northern Samaria following additional weapons training, with approval from the Olmert government.
The 600-man force, which answers to PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, completed training in Jordan in recent days and is undergoing additional American-supervised exercises at a Jericho base built with American funds. I found an unbiased account coming out of the Israeli news media Haaretz, of the New Testament burning by the Orthodox Jews written as an editorial in the Haaretz , with other recent noteworthy events concerning the Messianic Jew persecution in Israel which have been reported right here, that I think is worth sharing with my readers.

On the occasion of Shas' annual Lag Ba'omer celebration, the party introduced a new custom burning copies of the New Testament. The initiator of the book burning, Or Yehuda deputy mayor Uzi Aharon, claimed that it was a spontaneous act, an angry protest against missionary activity being reported in the city. Among the witnesses to this "spontaneous act" were schoolchildren. A reporter from Maariv documented the event.

Supporters of the bonfire said they were preserving the honor of the Jewish people, and the fire was meant to rid the town and entire country of Messianic Jews.In the Jewish state, they said it is forbidden to disseminate Christian holy scripture. The burning of Christian holy books in Or Yehuda is especially worrisome in light of the continued harassment of Messianic Jews in the country. Their homes are set on fire, they struggle to earn a living, and just two months ago, a 15 year-old boy was seriously hurt when what he thought was a Purim gift package blew up in his face on the doorstep of his family home in Ariel.

Just this past Independence Day, the religious community threatened to boycott the annual World Bible Quiz because of the participation of a young girl from a Messianic family, as if knowledge of the Bible necessitates belonging to the Jewish religion, or any other religion. The Messianic Jews number a few thousand in Israel, and as long as they do not stalk children or try to convince them to change their religious beliefs, their standing in this country should be equal to that of other religious and ethnic groups who enjoy freedom of practice and worship as stipulated in the Declaration of Independence and protected by law.

The indifference to their persecution attests to the treatment of minorities in Israeli society. If it were Jewish holy text rather than Christian books that were burned in some European country, it is safe to assume that the leaders of that country would fall over themselves in rushing to condemn the act, all the while they are painted with the broad brush of anti-Semitism.

In Israel, the coalition's survival depends on Shas, the rabbis support the book burning, though do so quietly, and all that is left to do is to await a decision by the attorney general to bring to trial those responsible. Any kind of significant public statement against the persecution of groups for their beliefs is not in the offing. The burning of religious books connotes horrific events from the past that are difficult to erase from memory. In 1933, the Nazis incinerated the works of Germany's great Jewish literary figures, gathering the public to watch burnings in Berlin's Opera Square. A monument designed by Israeli artist Micha Ullman stands at the square as a chilling reminder of the event and what followed. Throughout history, people of faith have burned religious books of other faiths. Mao Zedong burned Buddhist books, just as the Taliban did a few years ago.

A democracy must not tolerate behavior that is considered normal in totalitarian regimes. The concern is that the persecution of Messianic Jews is rationalized by a twisted interpretation of Jewish sovereignty, as if we were dealing with something resembling an Iran-like enterprise whose raison d'etre was taking revenge on the gentiles. If the deputy mayor of Or Yehuda remains in his post, it will only strengthen the perception that the persecution of minorities has not been discontinued due to its revolting nature. As long as Shas produces the likes of Uzi Aharon, the lighter of the bonfire, it must be viewed as a full participant in this act

Orthodox Jews Begins Talks With Christians

The Israeli Orthodox Jews  are to begin talks with Christians and this could have a profound positive effect upon the messianic Jews persecuted in Israel providing it is not connected with and sponsored by the apostate Roman Catholic Church and Rick Warren's purpose driven seeker friendly pluralistic UN religious agenda, which is to push for ecumenism to bring all "religions" into a one world religious system. 

It is uplifting to hear of the orthodox talking in a civil manner with reference to the Christians of Israel after the recent New Testament burning by the Orthodox in Israel.  However, I think we need to take a wait and see attitude before making any final conclusions in light of the persistant persecution by the orthodox Israelis towards the messianic Jews of Israel.  Read about it below...

In what appears to be a sweeping phenomenon, Christian leaders are embracing practices and a new spirituality that borrows from Eastern mysticism and New Age philosophy. The changes are taking place worldwide and involve many of the most popular evangelical leaders including Rick Warren, Brian McLaren, Richard Foster, Tony Campolo, and Eugene Peterson.

In Rick Warren's Purpose-Driven Life, on Day Eleven, he encourages people to practice "breath prayers" by repeating words and phrases over and over in a mantra-style prayer, a practice used centuries ago by a group of mystical monks known as the Desert Fathers. This so-called "prayer" is identical to that found in Hindu yoga and Zen Buddhism.

Brian McLaren, leader of the emerging church movement has been caught with his hands in the contemplative cookie jar too by endorsing the back covers of some more-than-questionable books. One in particular, Reimagining Christianity by Alan Jones says that the doctrine of the Cross is a vile doctrine. Alan Jones is an interspiritualist and mystic in every sense of the words.

Take a look at the Living Spiritual Teachers Project, of which Jones is involved. This group of about twenty includes Zen and Buddhist monks, New Agers and even Marianne Williamson and her Course in Miracles. The goal of this group is to integrate other world religious beliefs into Christianity. McLaren has also endorsed the back covers of Dave Fleming's The Seeker's Way and Tony Campolo's Speaking My Mind, both of which believe that Christianity is too limiting, and a union between other religions is necessary. In Speaking My Mind, Campolo states: "[M]ysticism [contemplative prayer] provides some hope for common ground between Christianity and Islam." (p.149) More here

Thousands of representatives of the world’s religions will convene in Australia for the 2009 Parliament of the World’s Religions.

An estimated 8,000-12,000 people will meet in Melbourne, Australia, Dec. 3-9, 2009, to dialogue, build interfaith relationships, and discuss critical issues facing the global community.
Adherents of a wide range of religious traditions will be present including: Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Sikh, Baha’i Jain, and Zoroastrian.

“The Parliament event is a place where people come together to encounter ‘the other,’” organizers state in the Council for a Parliament of the World’s Religions (CPWR) website. "This encounter can lead to a deepening of one's own sense of religious and spiritual identity and an appreciation for the challenges or difference within one's own tradition, as well as between and among traditions."

The 2009 Parliament will feature 500 events such as dialogues, workshops, performances and plenaries on religious identity.

Emerging topics for the gathering include social cohesion, poverty, the environment, indigenous peoples, and terrorism. Other issues that will be address are indigenous reconciliation, environmental degradation and care, gender issues including sex trafficking, education and the challenge of social disengagement, forced migration, global terrorism, and the role of religion in modern societies.

PASTOR Passes Away After Deemed Healed At Lakeland 'Revival'

• Anyways the real reason I decided to post on here was because of a dear friend of mine who passed away this morning at 5:20 AM. His name is Pastor Larry Reed, Pastor of Olympic View Assembly of God in Silverdale, Washington.

Last week on 5/18/08 he was in the sanctuary there in Lakeland trying to find the healing he soo much wanted, sitting in his wheel chair in front of Mr. Bentley, he was deemed as "healed" when Pastor Larry stood up and cheered in victory. During the course of last week when he returned, he got worse and so this morning he died.

TODD BENTLEY-LAKELAND REVIVAL-Where Is All The Documented Medical Evidence of Healings Taking Place?

I found another most revealing testimony here from another eye witness who has been attending Todd Bentley's Lakeland Revival'. Being in the medical profession, I can certainly appreciate what she is saying which brought me to question here 'where is all the documentation of these "thousands of healings". "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." I Thess. 5:21.   By all accounts, it is apparent that God's Word is not a priority here and what we are now looking at is another big satanic hoax.

• I have attended this revival for many weeks. In fact, I have been there since the second night of Todd’s meetings (4/2/08), long before this became “revival”. Initially, I was so excited to see God move in such a mighty way. I was encouraging my pastor, several other pastors that I know, many friends and family members to “come and see what God is doing.” There were few times when I was uncomfortable with what was happening in the meetings, but I figured that I was just being critical and reminded myself that God’s ways are not my ways. I continued to support this revival, even after I heard my own pastor voice his concerns. I was quite vocal about these misgivings others had. I continued to defend Todd, God, etc., etc. More here

LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Megachurch pastor Rick Warren recently launched a global coalition of pastors, business leaders and other institutions that aims to tackle what he deems as the most pervasive problems in the world today.

Warren went public with the initiative at the end of the three-day Purpose Driven Network Summit last week hosted by his home church, Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, Calif.

The P.E.A.C.E.Coalition will be an international alliance of churches, businesses, ministries, universities, and other institutions who will work together to address five "Global Giants" that affect billions of people worldwide: spiritual emptiness, lack of servant leadership, extreme poverty, pandemic diseases, and illiteracy.

ISRAEL: Government Condemns New Testament Burning By Orthodox Jews

Time will tell if Israel means what Israel says. The Israeli Government must take aggressive action against Israeli State sanctioned and all  acts of discrimination and persecution against all messianic Jews within Israel and Christians in Israel and prosecute those orthodox Jews and anyone else who are involved in these type of crimes.

• Jerusalem (CNSNews.com) - The Israeli government and Jewish groups have condemned as "despicable" the burning of hundreds of New Testaments by a handful of Jewish seminary students in a town outside of Tel Aviv. According to press reports, local Messianic Jews (Jews who believe that Jesus is the Messiah) distributed the New Testaments to new immigrants from Ethiopia in the town of Or Yehuda.

Parsons said that Christians worldwide would be watching to see how the Israeli authorities deal with this latest incident.Attorney General Menachem Mazuz asked police to open an investigation into Aharon, the Jerusalem Post reported on Friday. PAUL EDDY Takes Stand Against Church of England

Kudos to Paul Eddy for being a voice in the wilderness and taking a stand for Jesus Christ and against the state sponsored religion-- Church of England. Stubbs told The Associated Press on Wednesday.He said he prayed during the ill-fated flight Sunday that the tiny craft would get over the top of a ridge and that they would find a landing site that was not too steep — or in the nearby sea." Wilson said that the pair would have been in deep trouble if the fuel had run out five minutes earlier."

If it had to run out, that was the place to be," he said. "There was an instantaneous answer to prayer as we crossed the ridge and there was an airfield--I didn't know it existed until then."After Wilson glided the powerless craft to a landing on the grassy strip, the pair noticed they were beside a 20-foot-tall sign that read, "Jesus is Lord-The Bible." "When we saw that, we started laughing," Stubbs said.Nearby residents provided them with gas to fly the home-built plane back to base.

 Where in the Bible are there instructions to "get the people to believe in "the angel?"  The answer is simple.  Nowhere.  The salvation message of Christ crucified to save sinners in the same for every generation.

Todd Bentley clearly shows that he preaches another gospel out of the New Age occult, which really isn't new at all.  It dates back to Adam and Eve in Genesis Chapter 3 when the serpent deceived Eve, convincing her to eat of the forbidden fruit and said: "Ye shall not surely die; For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

The Apostle Paul's warning in Colossians 2:18 concerning angels needs to be taken seriously as it  is very applicable today concerning what is going on at Lakeland.

Who is Todd Bentley's mentor Bob Jones and the Kansas City Prophets that have had so much influence on Todd Bentley that we have heard so much about? It appears that this shady bunch has a history of bad fruit that took place back in the early 1990's that many attendees at the freak show in Lakeland are not even aware of. Now, I am not one to point out one's sins of the past, but my intent is to expose these false teachers and false prophets with the hopes that others will be spared and not be lead astray since their evil works have been repackaged and are now being carried on through Todd Bentley.Slaughter of the Sheep has written quite a shocking and impressive resume on this bunch known as the 'Kansas City Prophets' which you can read at the link provided.

Earthless also raises some excellent questions that compel Christians to examine in the light of the Holy Scriptures, which I will set forth following. Keep in mind these are all outrageous claims, teachings and "signs" made and/ or promoted by Todd Bentley and/ or "spiritual manifestations" incurred at these type of "healing revivals" promoted in the charismatic circles:

1. How many Christians in the Bible experienced trips to the ‘third heaven’, and where does the Bible promote Christians visiting the ‘third heaven’
.2. Where is the spiritual gift or manifestation of barking and squawking in the Bible.
3. How many times are trances mentioned in the Bible, and where does the Bible promote trances as part of the Christian walk and a method to receive visitations and special messages.
4. Where does the Bible promote revelation beyond God’s already revealed Word.
5. Where does the Bible list a ’seer anointing’ as a gift of the Spirit
.6. Where does the Bible promote going beyond the power of God’s spirit… ever.
7. Where are we told Biblically that the only way to see spiritual blessings is to access and visit heaven, and bring them back with us.
8. How many times did Jesus and Apostles preach the message of angelic visitations, trips to heaven, trances, dreams, sanctified imagination, and financial prosperity.
9. Where is any of this in the Bible. Where is it taught and where is it promoted. I’m asking those of you that attribute this as a genuine movement of the Holy Spirit these questions in all seriousness. Please provide the scriptural references. Thank you.

When one knows God personally and intimately, there is no need to go looking for signs, trances, dreams, and visions and all of the "extrabiblical"/anti-biblical manifestations as Bentley promotes in his writings, teachings and "revivals"; as God makes His will clear to those who have a relationship with Him, and not in the maze of signs. When we look at our own lives and how we walk with Him and realize that in our lives, "Jesus is Lord," there is no need for the promotion of the above "extrabiblical"/anti-biblical signs and wonders, angel visitation, mystic visitations, and "thirteen wise virgins to carry the revival forward." Neither Jesus, nor his original Apostles and disciples promoted these teachings. As I have pointed out in an earlier post regarding signs and wonders, this special gift was given to Jesus' original Jewish Apostles by Jesus Himself to establish a foundation for His church and to be a witness of the truth of whom He is.

According to the Gospel of John 3:3-5, Christians are to live under the influence of the Holy Spirit and being born again of and being born again of the Spirit and having the Spirit dwell in us IS an absolute requirement to having the Holy Spirit control our lives . Paul writes that Christians are also commanded to "walk in the spirit" Galatians 5:16. The only possible way for any true Christian to live under the influence of and walk in the Spirit is by reading God's Word, the Holy Scriptures. If you have been following Bentley's "revival", as I have in the videos, there is no preaching of the Word and Bibles are not a part of this "revival". Jesus said in John 17:17:

"Sanctify them through thy truth: THY WORD IS TRUTH."

Jesus is telling us that the Word of God is Truth.

 Non-believers teach that there is no absolute truth, but that we each "create our own reality". But the Bible teaches that there is an absolute standard of Truth, and that is God's Word. This one conspicuous aspect of the absence of God's Word at this counterfeit revival alone is a dead give away.

 Paul tells us in Romans 8:9 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is not of his.

Titus 3:5 tells us that "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost."

John Hagee-"Hitler Was Doing God's Work"

John Hagee has a notorious reputation for giving his own "version" and spin concerning the Holy Scriptures, which has its roots in the bad fruit of dispensationalism.

 Here, we have John Hagee asking "Why did it happen.?" "Because God said my top priority for the Jewish people is to get them to come back to the land of Israel." I have read the verses John Hagee is speaking of in Jeremiah 16:15 and onward and God's prophet doesn't say anything remotely compared to what Hagee is saying.

I suppose now John Hagee will soon announce he has been "misunderstood" or his words were taken out of context in his usual fashion when he gets caught with his hands in the cookie jar.

The Bible tells us that God is love. in 1 John 4:8,16 and there are several biblical verses in the Scriptures that give us God's definition of love; the most well known one being John 3:16 ~~ "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." God sacrificed His only Son so that those who believe and have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ, would not spend eternity separated from Him. This is the most perfect love of all, but it is up to each individual to chose to be separated eternally from God because of our own sin, or to accept God's free offer to spend eternity with Him because of what Jesus Christ did for us.

How John Hagee can come up with the idea that Hitler was doing God's work is beyond my imagination.

Hitler created a systematic program to destroy the Jews because he was possessed with evil and influenced by centuries of long hatred for the Jewish people known as anti-semetism.

John McCain, argued in a late 1990s sermon that the Nazis had operated on God's behalf to chase the Jews from Europe and shepherd them to Palestine. According to the Reverend, Adolph Hitler was a "hunter," sent by God, who was tasked with expediting God's will of having the Jews re-establish a state of Israel.

Going in and out of biblical verse, Hagee preached: "'And they the hunters should hunt them,' that will be the Jews. 'From every mountain and from every hill and from out of the holes of the rocks.' If that doesn't describe what Hitler did in the holocaust you can't see that."

He goes on: "Theodore Hertzel is the father of Zionism. He was a Jew who at the turn of the 19th century said, this land is our land, God wants us to live there. So he went to the Jews of Europe and said 'I want you to come and join me in the land of Israel.' So few went that Hertzel went into depression. Those who came founded Israel; those who did not went through the hell of the holocaust.

"Then god sent a hunter. A hunter is someone with a gun and he forces you. Hitler was a hunter. And the Bible says -- Jeremiah writing -- 'They shall hunt them from every mountain and from every hill and from the holes of the rocks,' meaning there's no place to hide. And that might be offensive to some people but don't let your heart be offended. I didn't write it, Jeremiah wrote it. It was the truth and it is the truth. How did it happen? Wikipedia also has an indepth background on the person of Sundar Singh, with references and anyone can research this out for themselves. Certainly this person does not remotely resemble anything that pertains to New Testament Christianity.

Take note of the reference made to "members of the Sunnyasi Mission, secret disciples of Jesus wearing their Hindu markings." There is no reference to Jesus ever having any "secret" disciples wearing Hindu markings in the Holy Scriptures. Jesus did not have any "secret" disciples, and this is most assuredly an extrabiblical/unbiblical occultic teaching.Jesus is the light of the world; he that follows him shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John's Gospel 8:12.

The word "occult" means things that are hidden, secret, mysterious or covered over. Deut. 29;29 in the Old Testament reads: The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.   Whether he won many continuing disciples on these hazardous Tibetan treks is not known. Singh did not keep written records and he was unaccompanied by any other Christian disciples who might have witnessed the events.

As I reported here, even though the Deputy Mayor Uzi Aharon of the religious orthodox Shas party has apoligized, I hardly believe the apology is sincere since the Shas Orthodox Party of the Israeli government is part of the problem and endorses government sanctioned persecution of the messianics of Israel. Actions speak much louder than words.

After the New Testaments were burned in Israel by the Orthodox Israelis, we now have the IsraelInsider publishing an article which calls the New Testament trash and garbage. What is the purpose of the IsraelInsider giving an orthodox Jew a PUBLIC MEDIA forum whereby he/she is allowed to spin and spew hatred toward Jesus Christ and the New Covenant other than to adversely provoke and incite others?

 This is one of the most irresponsible pieces of journalism I have witnessed coming out of Israel. If the people who took the New Testaments from the Messianics did not want one, they could simply have said no thank you, or given them to someone who did want one. Was it really necessary to publically burn the Christian Holy Scriptures? And to add insult to injury, publically call the Christian Scriptures trash and garbage after the fact?

It was reported yesterday by several major news outlets that recently the religious Jews of Or Yehuda set fire to hundreds of copies of the New Testament and other missionary propaganda. Ha'aretz called it "the latest act of violence against Christian missionaries in the Holy Land."

Calev Myers, attorney representing the Messianic communities of Israel called for the people who did it to be brought to trial. But brought to trial for what? The people who burned these books and pamphlets broke no law. Despite the allusions being made to the burning of Jewish holy books during the times of the inquisition or the holocaust, there is absolutely no comparison here. The New Testaments and evangelistic leaflets had been basically thrown out -- they were unsolicited garbage, and there is no law against incinerating garbage, even by religious Jews, even in public. continues here

In any event, burning the Chistian New Testament by the Orthodox Jews of Israel is very immoral, and I hardly believe the apology given by Deputy Mayor Uzi Aharon of Shas is sincere since the Shas Orthodox party of the Israeli government is part of the problem and endorses government sanctioned persecution of the messianics of Israel.

  The ruling military government, or junta, in Burma is being accused of denying relief aid to minority Christians.
  
  Because Christian Freedom International (CFI) has worked for years in the country now known as Myanmar, the ministry was able to provide relief to cyclone victims shortly after the storm hit. But now, ministry workers are accusing the Burmese military of diverting aid from areas heavily populated by ethnic Karen villagers. Jim Jacobson, president of CFI, says that move would be consistent with the longstanding policy of the military rulers. "There are people in Burma who have faced genocidal persecution ever since World War II," says Jacobson. "... [T]his is a regime that suppresses all of the people, but wages genocidal war against minority Christians .... it's an awful place." CFI is currently wiring donations for relief aid into Burma through its extensive network of underground house churches.

TODD BENTLEY IMPARTS ANTI-CHRIST SPIRIT

• THE CHRISTIAN CONTEMPLATIVE TRADITION (LECTIO DIVINA)
  Sundar Singh spent at least two hours daily in reading the Scriptures, meditation and prayer. He would arise at 5:00 am and finish by 7:00 or 8:00 depending on what his schedule was for the day. He often spent the whole day or night in prayer. His discipline was to read one chapter of the Bible, rapidly at first reading, then to return to reread passages or verses that were more suggestive to him. These he would linger with and meditate on for as long as it was fruitful for him to do so. Next, he would enter into a period of “recollection” for twenty minutes or so. This was a time of silence, in which he would allow the Lord to speak to him in some way. With his own mind and heart quieted, he opened his mind and his heart to hear what the Lord would have to say to him or just simply enjoy companionship with his Lord. There are millions of Christians who give to secular Israel through CUFI, Bridges For Peace, Int'l Fellowship of Christians and Jews who support Israel, headed up by Zionist John Hagee , and other Zionist leaders such as Rabbi Eckstein, in the name of "Christian" while our Christian Messianic brothers and sisters within the land of Israel are persecuted and never see a penny of any of the vast donations that are given to the orthodox Jews by well meaning Christians in America and around the world and who are the very people persecuting our Messianic brothers and sisters in Israel.

The persecution of Messianics in Israel continues.  This is something you would expect from radical Islamics, and not Jewish youth, but here we have today in Israel hundreds of New Testaments being burned by orthodox Jews.

Orthodox Israeli Youths Burn Hundreds of New Testaments-May 20, 2008

Orthodox Jews have burned hundreds of New Testaments in the latest act of violence against Christian missionaries in Israel.

Uzi Aharon, the deputy mayor of the central Israeli town of Or Yehuda, says he got into a loudspeaker car last Thursday and urged people to turn over hundreds of New Testaments and missionary material recently distributed by missionaries.

The books were dumped into a pile and religious students set them afire in a lot near a synagogue, he said.
The Maariv newspaper reported Tuesday that hundreds of students took part in the book-burning.

But Aharon told The AP on Tuesday that only a few students were present and he was not there when the books were torched. Hundreds of New Testaments were burned, he said.

Proselytizing is frowned upon in Israel but is not illegal in most cases.

ISRAEL:BUSH'S BIBLICAL REFERENCE SPEECH TO KNESSET RILES PALESTINIANS

Even though President Bush got his biblical facts a bit twisted, I find this story somewhat amusing and hypocritical. While God in the Old Testament does indeed promise to give the land of Israel to the Jewish people, honoring His covenant which He made through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Bible also tells us that at some future point in time "all" nations will go against Israel, and that means good ol' USofA. While the speech sounded good, the USof A under George Bush's leadership has already betrayed Israel and the people of Israel with his endorsement and pushing for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which gives the heartland or biblical land of Israel known as Judea-Samaria or the West Bank over to Israel's enemies, so I regret to say, George Bush is no friend of Israel.

In his address to Israeli lawmakers, Bush spoke of the "promise of God" for a "homeland for the chosen people," and said the "bonds of the Book" between Jews and Christians meant that America would always stand by Israel's side.

A TRIBUTE TO IRENA SENDLER

Very little has been said of Irena Sendler, the World War II Christian Saint, until recently so I decided I would honor her by mentioning her and her life sacrificing works here. She indeed fulfilled the law of Christ, giving herself and her very life to others so that they may live, knowing that any moment her very own life could be taken from her by the Nazi Gestapo.

A New Commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all men will know that you ae my disciples, if you have love for one another. John 13:34,35.

WARSAW (Reuters) - Irena Sendler, a Polish woman who saved thousands of Jewish children during World War Two by smuggling them out of the Warsaw Ghetto, died in the Polish capital on Monday after a long illness, local media said.Israel's Holocaust remembrance authority, Yad Vashem, said in a statement that it mourned her death.The web portal of Poland's leading daily, Gazeta Wyborcza, said Sendler, 98, died in Plocka Street hospital early on Monday. The hospital declined to comment on the report.Yad Vashem chairman Avner Shalev said: "Irena Sendler's courageous activities rescuing Jews during the Holocaust serve as a beacon of light to the world, inspiring hope and restoring faith in the innate goodness of mankind."Using her position as a social worker, Sendler regularly entered the ghetto, smuggling around 2,500 children out in boxes, suitcases or hidden in trolleys. continued here

CHRISTIAN LEADERS LAUNCH "WE GET IT GREEN" MOVEMENT

This is a perfect example of how Christian leaders have lost their way in spreading the truth of God's Word and have lost touch with the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Rather than uniting and occupying and taking the Good News of Christ's Message of Salvation to their neighbor and a dying world, they are preoccupied with spreading the "truth" about global warming, climate and political messages, which isn't the Gospel Messege of Christ at all. What we need in these perilous times we live in are more men and women committed to Jesus Christ, who alone can bring hope to a lost and dying world, rather than the God of religion, science, politics, and this world.

It goes without saying that Christians are to be good stewards of everything God has given us to use and that includes the planet. I suppose these global warming "Christians" think and believe global warming caused the great flood in Noe's time too? Where is God-given common sense being applied here? Global warming is a smokescreen, a lie from the pit, to conceral the signs of the times we are now living in known as birth pangs and the beginning of sorrows in the Bible that Jesus said would happen just before his return.

Paul warns us in Colossians 2:8 to "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ,"

Christian Leaders Launch 'We Get It Green Movement' Evangelical pastors, scientists and policymakers have launched a petition drive intended to spread the truth about global warming: That Christians should be good stewards of God's creation and that government policies and regulations based on "faulty science" will hurt people who should be helped.
