People all over the world are praying for Israel and the people of Israel, but this story caught my attention as it mentions the Israeli soldier who was kidnapped by Hamas in June of '06. Let us remember to keep Gilad Shalit in our prayers, praying that the IDF finds him alive.

All of New York's television stations covered the event. Consul-General Shariv addressed the worshippers and read out a children's story written by kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit. The meeting concluded with a 10-minute prayer for Israel. Story Here
