The 500 activists still on board the Mavi Marmara are docked at Ashdod under guard by anti terror police and Israeli Navy soldiers will either be deported from Israel after identifying themselves, or arrested if they refuse, and sent to Be’er Sheva prison, the J. post is now reporting. The Israeli soldiers who were beaten by these "peacenik" activists are being asked to identify the guilty attackers, and will be put on trial it is expected.

Significant Eruption of Iceland's Katla Volcano Close

Reports are coming out of London that an eruption from Katla Volcano in Iceland is close, and Icelandic President Ólafur Grímsson has warned governments around Europe that a significant eruption at the volcano is close. School Bus Driver Blasts Little Girl Because of Christian Beliefs

More Christian persecution in America,this time in Indiana, where a school bus driver was caught on tape blasting a little girl because of her Christian beliefs. More reason for parents to get their kids out of the God-forsaken, sinful public school system which testify to the perilous times we are now living in. No child should be bashed by a supposedly adult because she is a Christian. According to the little girl's dad in the video, the school involved tried to cover up for the bus driver who has not been disciplined by the school.

Homeland Security Against Son of Hamas-Mosab Yousef

As incredible and ludicrous as this is, Homeland Security under the Obama Administration is against Son of Hamas, or Mosab Yousef, who converted from Islam to Christianity and sought asylum in the United States of America, fearing for his life.

The oldest son of Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a charismatic founding member of Hamas, Mosab Yousef made his newfound faith public and risked everything to expose the secrets of the extremist Islamic organization and reveals the amazing double life he lived trying to prevent the killing of innocents by working with Hamas’ enemies. Joseph, as Mosab Yousef is called, worked for the Israeli Shin Bit in espionage activities, assisting the Israelis in capturing Hamas terrorists after he became a Christian and was very successful in this endeavor in bringing to justice these terrorists. Mosab Yousef has written about these activities and what it entailed in a book Son of Hamas.

Now, the anti-Israel, anti-Christian Homeland Security under the Obama Administration is against Son of Hamas and is out to deport him from the United States of America claiming that Mosab Yousef, while working for the Shin Bit, provided material support to the terrorist organization, Hamas. Of course this is not true. If it weren’t for the assistance Mosab Yousef gave to the Israeli Shin Bit, these Hamas terrorists would not have seen justice provided by the Israelis. Joseph needs all the prayers of everyone who reads about this and that is why I am making it known here. He is now in danger of being deported, and killed. Please pray for his protection and that Joseph will find favor with the Homeland Security Immigration Customs Enforcement judge at a hearing June 30,2010 in San Diego.

This isn’t the first time Immigration authorities indicated they wanted to deport this Christian brother on fabricated charges.

The move to deport Yousef began shortly after he came to the United States from Israel in 2007. On August 22, he filed an application for asylum. He was interviewed a month later, and on February 23, 2009, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service informed him that he was barred from a grant of asylum, according to the records of File#: A 088 271 051, “because there were reasonable grounds for believing he was a danger to the security of the United States and because he engaged in terrorist activity.” Read the rest of this story here.

Palm Beach Doctor Brings Patient Back To Life After Declared Dead With Prayer

It pays to listen to and obey God's voice. A man or woman of God with the faith of a mustard seed can move mountains and do miracles. Here’s an amazing account of where a Palm Beach, Florida doctor listened to the inner voice of God speaking to him, telling the doctor to pray for the dead man; and the doctor did what God told him to do, prayed for the dead man and brought the patient back to life after declared dead.

• I joined the gathering and can report that you could literally feel the electric atmosphere as it swept through the hall, as Dr. Crandall told of the day -- October 20, 2006 -- when a middle-aged auto mechanic, Jeff Markin, walked into the Emergency Room at the Palm Beach Gardens Hospital and collapsed from a massive heart attack.
  
  Forty minutes later he was declared dead. After filling out his final report, the supervising cardiologist, Dr. Chauncey Crandall, started out of the room.
  
  In a later interview Dr. Crandall told me, “Before I crossed its threshold, however, I heard the audible voice of God telling me to turn around and pray for the dead patient.”
  
  The doctor told the audience that he had learned to “follow that impulse” even if he was embarrassed.

Two Iranian Women, Maryam & Marzieh Set Free In Iran!

Today is a day of great joy. Remember the two Iranian women, Maryam & Marzieh who have been held in the notorious Iranian prison Evin because of their Christian faith. These two brave women of God refused to deny their Lord, in the face of torture, sickness and near death. Saturday, both Maryam and Marzieh have been acquitted by the Iranian judicial system and set free in Iran and are now out of Iran, thanks to the prayers of the faithful who have been praying for these two sisters. As you are well aware of, Iran is another one of those muslim countries who persecute and kill Christians for their faith in Jesus Christ. God has heard and answered our prayers.

The following sums up Maryam andMarzieh's very trying ordeal in Iran’s Evin prison:

TEHRAN, IRAN (ANS) -- Two Christian women who were arrested for their faith have been acquitted and freed from Tehran's notorious Evin prison and are now in a country outside Iran.

Fourteen months after they were arrested for their Christian faith and activities, Maryam Rostampour and Marzieh Amirizadeh have been acquitted of all charges by the Iranian judicial authorities.

However, according to Elam Ministries, they were warned that any future Christian activity in Iran will be seriously dealt with.

Today, Saturday May 22, 2010, they left Iran and arrived safely in another country.
Sam and Lin Yeghnazar, founders of Elam Ministries and spiritual parents to Maryam and Marzieh, met them at the airport. It was a tearful reunion.

“It was very emotional when we first saw them,” said Lin Yeghnazar, “Now, we want to see them rest and recover.”

Maryam and Marzieh are eager to thank Christians who have been praying for them. “We are most grateful to everyone who prayed for us,” Marzieh said, “I have no doubt that God heard the prayers of His people.”

Maryam added, “I believe our arrest, imprisonment and subsequent release were in the timing and plan of God, and it was all for His glory. But the prayers of people encouraged and sustained us throughout this ordeal.”

Elam Ministries says: "Both young women have shown exceptional courage, daring to tell an Islamic judge that they would never deny their faith in Christ."

According to a media update from Elam, when Sam Yeghnazar told them their example had encouraged countless people around the world, they were quick to respond, “We are frail human beings with many weaknesses. The honor and glory go to God who has kept and used us, although we don’t know why He has chosen us. All the glory goes to Him.”

Maryam and Marzieh were arrested in March 2009 because of their Christian faith and were repeatedly placed under great pressure to recant and deny Jesus Christ.

They faced repeated interrogations, weeks in solitary confinement, and unhealthy prison conditions. Both became seriously sick during their imprisonment and did not receive the treatment they needed which greatly increased their suffering. Senior judges and officials also intimidated them.

Despite this, they remained faithful to Jesus Christ and did not deny Him. After their conditional release from prison in November 2009, they have had a very trying six months waiting for their case to be heard in an Islamic court where they could have been sentenced to prison again.

“We have seen the Lord do miracles over and over again. He kept us and gave us favor in prison, and sustained us during a very difficult period of waiting for our final trial,” said Marzieh.
Maryam and Marzieh have lived through many experiences during the last fourteen months. The days ahead are not certain. However, they are determined to serve the Lord and the Iranian church.

“We hope to eventually share some of what the Lord allowed us to go through to highlight the need and the opportunity for the church in Iran, but right now we will take time to pray and seek the Lord for His will,” said Maryam.

“On behalf of Maryam and Marzieh, and the entire Elam team, I would like to thank all the believers around the world who have interceded so faithfully for Maryam and Marzieh and the church in Iran,” says Sam Yeghnazar.

CARROLLTON, Texas, May 22 /Christian Newswire/ -- At least 200 people are confirmed dead and hundreds of thousands are homeless as a result of flooding on the island nation of Sri Lanka.

"This is the worst flooding to hit the country since the Asian tsunami devastated Sri Lanka in 2004," said Gospel for Asia President Dr. K.P. Yohannan. "They had absolutely no warning that this huge storm was on the way. It took them totally by surprise."

Yohannan had just spoken with Lal Vanderwal, GFA’s country leader in Sri Lanka, who reports that entire villages are underwater.

"Their homes are flooded and they've lost everything," Dr. Yohannan said. "The children don't have any clean clothes to wear and their schoolbooks have been destroyed."

The flooding was caused by torrential rains that inundated the teardrop-shaped island for more than a week. Sri Lanka, a country of 18.6 million people, is located off the southeast coast of India. Its location in the Bay of Bengal makes it subject to the seasonal monsoon weather pattern. The monsoon rains, which last for months, usually arrive in the last few days of May. Meteorologists say these disastrous pre-monsoon rainstorms were intensified by Cyclone Laila, which recently blasted the Bay of Bengal and is devastating some of India's coastal areas. While Cyclone Laila spared Sri Lanka, it is blamed for 16 deaths in India.

Sri Lanka's Disaster Management Center reports that more than 600,000 people were displaced by the flooding. Many of those affected are the poorest of the poor who live in low-lying areas and shanty-type structures, which have no chance against the brutal force of the driving rain or the fast-moving floodwater. One major city is facing a grim situation with more than 40,000 homes damaged by the floods, and subsequent landslides. More from Christian News Wire

Joel Rosenberg is now reporting that Israel will begin a five day nationwide drill to prepare for war. Whether there will be war in the near future or not, time will tell. ELCA Lesbian Lutheran Minister To Become 'Official'

In open rebellion of God’s Holy Word, the ELCA, or Evangelican Luthern Church of America is making a lesbian minister official. In the post Christian era that we now live in, I suppose it’s ok in their way of thinking to do what one wants to do as in the case of a lesbian minister becoming official within the ELCA. But to those of us who believe and defend God's Word, we can now conclude that the Evangelican Luthern Church of America, because of this stand it has taken against the Lord and His Word, is part of the end time apostasy or falling away. While the ELCA has made official a lesbian minister, that doesn’t make it official with God. He still has the last Word in this.

• For seven years, the Rev. Mary Albing has been pastor of Lutheran Church of Christ the Redeemer in south Minneapolis. But the official roster of pastors lists the job as vacant.

Albing, a lesbian, couldn't be recognized as a minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Her stealth status ends Sunday morning when Bishop Craig Johnson of the Minneapolis Synod signs the original Letter of Call that Albing got from the church in 2003. So scientists think they have created artificial life and are hailing they have developed the first living cell to be controlled entirely by synthetic DNA according to a BBC story.

Not so fast. Created? This is too funny.

• The scientists "decoded" the chromosome of an "existing" bacterial cell - using a computer to read each of the letters of genetic code .All this particular scientist did was manipulate already God created matter by changing one type of bacterium into another. Isn’t that just like satan, always mimicking God.

• II Corinthians 11tells us Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light; Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. 14,15

The Chemistry of Oil-What Is Oil Made Up Of?

After watching the gushing oil video of the massive oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico, and looking at some of the pictures, I began to wonder what oil was made up of. So I did a search and came across an article, The Chemistry of Oil. I wonder how many people are aware that oil is actually a breakdown of human, animal and plant matter and blood that came about from all those humans, animals and plants that died in the Biblical great flood of Noah’s time? With the American Education System being "dumbed down" by design over the last 30 or more years, and revisionists having taken over the text books in American schools, I doubt too many people are aware of this fact.

I spoke to a good friend about this and he told me he learned this in high school science class years ago. Probably not too many people are aware of this today, because Biblical history as it relates to the earth and science is not taught in high school anymore. So unless you are an inquisitive person like me, you probably would not know what oil is made up of and its orgins.

The Institute For Creation Research, in their article on The Chemistry of Oil-Expanded by Flood Geology, explains it this way:

Christians, in particular, should be concerned about origins because the study of "beginnings" always brings us back to God's history book, the Bible, for resolution. The chemistry of oil strongly suggests that it was formed rapidly from the remains of plant and animal matter. Oil probably originates in sedimentary rocks which were originally deposited by moving water. This is exactly what we would expect from the year-long Flood of Noah's day. A very reasonable model of petrogenesis can be based on the assumption that most of the oil and gas deposits of our day date from the worldwide Flood of about 2500 B.C., or about 1600 years after Creation.

• "Because of evolutionary bias, many petroleum geologists think of crude oil forming from mostly plant material. While more research needs to be done, it seems that crude oil porphyrins could, just as well, be the decayed remains of blood."

Replacement Mojave Memorial Cross Torn Down

No sooner than a replacement memorial cross was put up, it didn’t take long for the replacement Mojave memorial National Preserve cross to be torn down.. Removed by the Feds, now authorities are saying the replacement Mojave cross was illegal. huh? Park officials said it was a violation to put up the cross without government authorization.

The American Center for Law and Justice recently drafted a demand letter addressed to the Department of Justice urging it to allow a new cross to be put up.

"This is absurd," ACLJ Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow said. "It's appalling that vandals would remove a cross which has survived a constitutional challenge at the nation's highest court. What's even more troubling is the fact that the federal government is opposed to permitting a replica cross to be put in place.

"Americans want the decision of the Supreme Court honored. And that means keeping the Mojave Desert War Memorial in place."

• In his final remarks, Rosen expressed how concerned he was by the support some believers were giving to the efforts of rabbis “who, frankly, not only don't know Christ, but don't want to know Him.”

Therefore I would urge you to think very seriously before you support any ministry that involves Jewish people and doesn't actually bring the gospel to the Jews.

• He also expressed his disappointment in Jesus-believing Jews who “feel that their primary purpose is to promote Jewishness and Judaism to the Jews.”

• “I hope I can count on you to show love and respect for the Jewish people, but Jewishness never saved anybody,” Rosen stated. “Judaism never saved anybody no matter how sincere. “

Anything done for Christ will last. Anything you do to help and encourage Jews for Jesus at this time will have lasting effects on all of us. So instead of saying "good bye," I'll just say, "until then - I'll see you in the sky."

United States To Join United Nations Alliance of Civilizations

Israel National News has reported that the Obama administration has announced the United States will join the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, another openly anti-Israel organization.

The group was created in 2006 to find ways to bridge the growing divide between Muslim and Western societies – a goal wholeheartedly embraced by President Barack Obama, who has redirected American foreign policy in pursuit of the same goal.

One of the goals of this Alliance according to the PDF report is to counter the influence of those who feed on exclusion and claim sole ownership of the truth. That’s us folks, Bible believing Christians, who will not surrender the truth that Jesus Christ is the only way to God. John 14:16 What this administration refuses to comprehend because of Obama's Muslim roots is that Islam and Christianity are incompatable with one another.

End of Time? Religious Leaders Weigh In: "With all the earthquakes, famines, the recession, wars and threats to Israel, are we seeing evidence that the end of the world is near? The sacred scriptures of the Christian Church, The Bible, talk about the end of times."

Here’s a local news story from northern Michigan that I came across today, where the news broadcasters asks are the signs of Armageddon starting to appear? Interesting, even the news broadcasters are beginning to ask questions if the end of time is here, or near with all the earthquakes, famines, the recession, wars and threats to Israel, and are wondering if we are seeing evidence that the end of the world is near because of the signs seen all around us spoken of by the author of the Christian faith, Jesus Christ.

The biggest weapon used by satan is ignorance. Untold numbers of people around the world haven't a clue as to what is happening around the world in relation to what the Bible has foretold about future world events and how rapidly it is coming to pass in our generation. It is up to us to tell them. Knowledge of prophetic events prophesied in the Bible as we watch it take place is a tremendous tool that can be used to win the lost to Jesus Christ.

In the video at the link above, you will hear your usual negative scoffer response from a so-called “biblical scholar”, who doesn't even realize he is fulfilling the Apostle Peter's prophecy written below, by the name of Corey Sanderson who has two Masters Degrees from Boston University and is a Professor of “Religion” at North Western Michigan College and a catholic priest by the name of Duane Wachowiak, who obviously is not aware of what is going on around the world as it relates to God's Word and being lead by His Holy Spirt, and the signs Jesus told us to watch for that would prevail just before His return.

How true the words of the Apostle Paul are today. "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty" 1 Corinthians 1:27 From the Apostle Paul's words, we can conclude that God is not the least bit impressed with worldly degrees; He is, however, very concerned about if you know His Son Jesus Christ, and adhering to His Words and leading of His Holy Spirit.

2 Peter 3:1-13 is a reminder for us of the times we now live in:

This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

United Nations UNICEF Workers Fabricate Story Against Ten Baptist Missionaries Held In Haiti Prison System For Days

You will recall back in January of this year, during the time of the great earthquake in Haiti, ten Baptist Christian missionaries from the United States of America went to Haiti’s earthquake zone with the goal of taking orphans out of the earthquake-ravaged country and into an orphanage being started in the Dominican Republican, and ended up being held in Haiti’s prison system for days. In it's latest anti-Christian adventure, it is now known that United Nations UNICEF Workers fabricated a story against these Baptists which caused them to be held in the Haiti prison system for days. Now that the last missionary Laura Silsby has been freed on May 17 after 100 days in Haiti's prison, the true story is being told. And no, you won't find this factual account of what happened on the mainstream media.

In an exclusive interview with Paul Thompson, one of the missionaries held in a Haiti prison, Mr. Thompson tells the real story to the Baptist Press, that the mainstream media botched with its trumped up charges, with the help of the United Nations UNICEF workers. It wasn’t until the United Nations UNICEF workers got involved, that all the trouble for these missionaries began, when there was really nothing illegal being carried out at all.

"This was a complete setup," Thompson said. "They were beginning to build their case for us as being kidnappers and child traffickers."

Even worse for the Baptists, the UNICEF employees told the children that the 10 were kidnappers who wanted to sell the kids into slavery or sell their organs, Thompson said. Complete story here

A new come as you are rock concert music style, seeker friendly church chain in Lancaster County, Pa. is offering a come as you are style of worship with all the trimmings. But is this really new? This sounds to me that LCBC, or Lancaster County Bible Church is patterned after Rick Warren’s Purpose Driven, Seeker Friendly Saddleback and Willow Creek mega churches, and others. Just because it says “Bible Church” doesn’t make it so. All cults have a thread of truth , and a lot of false doctrine and scamming. Our Lord's Church is Holy Spirit lead, not purpose driven.

What you won’t see at one of the region’s fastest-growing churches: pastors in robes or suits, crosses or icons, pews, traditional choirs, or stained glass. What you will see: pastors in jeans, dramatic stage lighting, stadium seating in a 2,000-seat auditorium, rock bands and stage smoke, giant multimedia screens and graphics, a coffee bar, a food court and a bookshop, along with animal-themed murals in the kids wing. What one wears, providing it is modest, is not all that important but worship style and the music one listens to and most importantly,the message presented is something to seriously look at. If the church leaders do not conform to the Word of God, it is not from God, but of the world and conforming to the world. When a church conforms to the world and becomes like a senses appealing, entertaining rock concert, and “good works” orientated, where is the focus of salvation by faith through God’s grace by belief in His Son, Jesus Christ, who was crucified for the sins of the human race? Where is the salvation message of repentence of sin?

The Apostle Paul instructs us in Romans 12:2 to be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Remember, the first thing Jesus warned his disciples of that would signal His soon return was deception:

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. Matthew 24:3-4

If a church's focus is on what it has to offer in the way of food, music and stage accessories, lighting, seating, coffee bar, bookshop, and not the cross of Christ, it’s time to look for another place to fellowship, because this is not about the Gospel Message of Christ and placing people under conviction of sin to repent of sin and follow Christ through His Word and the leading of His Holy Spirit.

Russian Company Interested In Israel's Gas

This could becomea a volitile situation very fast. While the U. S. Department of Interior has reported that Israel has 122 trillion cubic feet of natural gas offshore in a story I reported here, UPI.com is reporting that a Russian energy company is also interested in Israel's gas. According to P M Netanyahu, Israel is no longer interested in Russian gas because they will have their own supply.

Russia is noted for “taking an interest” in other nation’s strategically located energy resources. Remember in 2008 when Russian jets bombed a vital pipeline that supplies oil to the west in the Russian-Georgian War, when Russia attacked the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which transports oil from the Caspian Sea to Turkey, targeting Georgia’s economic resources that I wrote about here?

Meanwhile, Russia is selling fighter jets, short range air defense systems, and armored vehicles to Israel’s enemy Syria, who supplies Hizbol the Jerusalem Post is now reporting.

For those of us watching world events taking place as it concerns biblical prophecy, without a doubt,we can see the makings for Ezekiel's War taking place before our very eyes.

While as discusting as this is, perverted people who openly mock the Word of God and our Lord Jesus Christ need our prayers. The Bible tells us God will not be mocked, and whoever mocks God will reap what he has sown in Galatians 6:7. God will deal with them in his time. It is written "But from the beginning of creation God made them male and female"in Mark 10:6, and no matter how hard a twisted mind attempts to change God’s Word, Psalm 119:89 tells us there is no changing it because "Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven."

We are to love those who curse us and our biblical beliefs that we know as Christians to be true; and do good to them, and pray for the salvation of their souls, without which they will never see heaven.

Jordanians Burn Israeli Fruits,Vegetables in Amman Marketplace

Hundreds of Jordanians, adhering to a religious edict issued Friday, forbidding the purchase of merchandise from Israel, are seen burning Israeli fresh fruits and vegetables in Amman's central marketplace, Jordan. The religious edict also ruled that all Muslims are required to support Jihad by all means necessary. Read about it here

With much of the world going to bed hungry, this doesn't set well with me.

You have to wonder who is running Jordan? These muslims are only hurting their own people and themselves, not Israel. From all appearance, a peace treaty between Jordan and Israel isn’t worth the paper it is written on. One of the main points in the treaty is:

Jordan River Could Die By 2011

How sad that the most famous River in the world, the Jordan River , where our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist,has been allowed to become a polluted stream and is drying up and could die by 2011 if huge amounts of fresh water are not put back into the river. The river has been severely polluted with raw sewage by Israeli and Jordanian communities along the river.
