The young Israeli soldier, Gilad Schalit, kidnapped by Hamas 3 years ago, according to Barak, is alive, and well. This is a miracle from God, if true. I pray this is true and Gilad Schalit is indeed alive and well and he is not being used to promote the election of the Kadima party in Israel February 10. Still, I am not convinced that Gilad is still alive as I don't trust Hamas one iota.
Barak: Gilad Schalit "alive, well, breathing and alright"By JPOST.COM STAFF
"Gilad Schalit is alive, well, breathing and alright. Anything else I will say will hurt attempts to release him. I can promise you that efforts of a supreme magnitude are being made to release Schalit, and also that delicate maneuvers are involved of which I will not say a word," Defense Minister Barak said on a Channel One news program Friday evening.
When asked why Israel was not making harder attempts to have the Red Cross visit Schalit, Barak declined to comment.

Gilad Schalit Finally Arrives Home In Mitzpe Hila
After over five years in Hamas captivity, with lack of food and sunlight, an obviously sickly looking, pale and malnourished IDF soldier Gilad Schilat is now safely at home in Israel with his family and friends.
Gilad Schalit Arrives In Israel
Schalit Boards IAF Helicopter On Way Home To Mitzpe Hila
The LORD bless thee, Gilad Schalit, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.
And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. Taken from Numbers 6:24-27
A gaunt looking Gilad Schilat being interrogated in the live video below, immediately after arriving in Egypt from Gaza, and before being reunited with his loved ones and friends in Israel, was forced to respond to extremely insensitive questions being asked by the Egyptian reporter with masked Hamas terrorists surrounding him during the questioning. Schalit was obviously having trouble breathing during the interrogation, and looked exhausted and confused, yet Amin kept on presenting him with questions, many of them absurd and ridiculous, Read about it here.
Pictures of a holocaust survivor who escaped the death camps of Auschwitz come to mind after viewing the pictures of the young Jewish soldier, so thin and frail with his eyes sunken in. It is only by the love and hand of our heavenly Father Jesus Christ, and the Jewish Messiah who answered the prayers of untold numbers of Jewish people and Christians around the world that saw Gilad through this horrible ordeal, and for that we give our heartfelt gratitude. Our Lord has brought Gilad home to Israel where he is now in safe territory, and surely He will heal him. My friends, let us all pray for Gilad’s quick recovery, and rejoice with our Israeli brothers and sisters over this miraculous event.

Top Terrorist Behind The Gilad Schalit Kidnapping Killed In Gaza By Israelis
Matthew 26:52 All they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.Zuhair al-Qaissi, the commander and top terrorist of the armed wing of the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), a Hamas-aligned militant group, and the terrorist behind the Gilad Schalit kidnapping, was targeted and killed by an Israeli airstrike in a midday strike as his car rolled through Gaza City.
Militant groups responded by firing dozens of rockets and mortar rounds into southern Israel, reportedly injuring four people.
Israel said al-Qaissi was plotting an attack similar to the raids in August last year, where four groups of militants crossed over the border from Egypt's Sinai Peninsula and killed six civilians and two members of the security forces.
Al-Qaissi was reportedly also in charge of funneling money the Lebanese group Hezbollah to militant organisations in Gaza. His predecessor, Kamal Nairab, was killed by a similar Israeli strike seven months ago. Read more
