Israel's Largest Underground Water Source Discovered In Cave In Jerusalem

When I read about Israel’s largest underground water source that was recently discovered near the Jerusalem convention center, I thought to myself, the Lord is really blessing the Jews in their homeland of Israel inspite of being surrounded by muslim enemies all around them, and the many anti-Semitic nations all around the world stirring up trouble for the Jews of Israel. It just goes to show you, when you have God on you side watching over you, you can defeat any enemy.  This has got to be very exciting news for the people of Israel since Israel has been going through its severest drought since the 1920's.
A cave discovered during excavation work by Israel Railways in Jerusalem contains the largest and most impressive underground water sources ever discovered in Israel, scholars say. Read all about it @ the link.
I couldn’t help but think that while the Lord is sending out warning judgments louder than ever to get people's attention,  to repent and turn to Jesus,  through unprecedented catastrophic disasters all over the world through earthquakes, tornadoes, volcano eruptions, droughts, floods and pestilences, and wars, because  the coming of Jesus is so  near, the fig tree is without a doubt blossoming as God is indeed on the side of the Jew these days, making good on his promises to them, in the land of Israel. Hallelujah!
“And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem, half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea, in summer and in winter shall it be.” Zechariah 14:8

I believe there are aquifers underneath parts of the desert in Israel and some have tapped into that to create beautiful farming in otherwise dry desert landscape. The Bible talks about God making the deserts bloom in one part. Meanwhile as Israel tries to do something peaceful and useful with the situation, turning desert into farming, it is surrounded by mobs trying to destroy it. If that doesn't exemplify evil going after good, then I don't know what is.

  2. Hi Anonymous:

Yes, there are aquifers in the desert of Israel, according to the article from Haaretz:

"The cave also has hydrological significance because it is part of the mountain aquifer, an underground reservoir into which rainwater flows from the surface, and that extends all along Israel's central mountain range, Frumkin says. "The study of the cave can help us understand the precise mechanism by which water flows through the aquifer in the Jerusalem area," he adds.

Israel is extraordinary rich and hasn't even begun to tap their natural resources. Other than the main fact that Israel is Jewish, and the muslim's hatred for the Jews, I think this is the main motive so many arab countries and Europpean countries want to conquer Israel today.

The thing is, Israel is a tremendous blessing to the entire world and really will force the arabs to lower their price of oil when, and if, Israel starts to export oil. This in itself is enough for the arabs to start a war over.

  3. Thanks for the email Anonymous.

I am sure we will be hearing more of this as the date approaches. We can expect this type of persecution toward Jewish and Christian people as the day of Christ draws closer.
