The big breaking news for today is President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt will step down, sometime Thursday with the Egyptian army promising the protesters all their demands will be met.
An Egyptian army commander, Hassan al-Roweny, told protesters in Cairo's Tahrir Square on Thursday that "Everything you want will be realized," a Reuters witness said.
Roweny addressed protesters from a stage erected in the square, calling on protesters to sing the national anthem and keep Egypt safe.
Reports are coming out in various mainstream media that there is talk among protesters in Cairo that they fear a military coup.
The plan as of now is President Mubarak, who is reportedly suffering from cancer, will be leaving Egypt soon for Germany for medical reasons. More here
Muslims massacred two Christian families in Egypt totalling eleven people including their children . This horrific massacre of innocent life took place on January 30, reporter Mary Abdelmassih reported to the Christian Telegraph, stating “Two Islamists groups, aided by the Muslim neighbors, descended on the roof of houses owned by Copts, killing eleven Copts, including children, and seriously injuring four others.
Also reporting on the slaughter of these Coptic Christian families, Israel Today reports there is spreading fear that if Egypt falls into the hands of the radical Muslim Brotherhood, godfather of extremist groups across the region, the 10 million Coptic Christians in Egypt will face severe persecution, or worse.
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.1 John 2:18
There is already evidence that the Christians of Egypt are in for a very bumpy ride going forward. On Sunday, the Muslim Brotherhood-led opposition agreed to sit down and talk with newly-appointed Vice President Omar Suleiman. The Christians were not invited to the table, despite being part of the original demostrations demanding reform.
The situation in Egypt is very grave for our Christian brothers and sisters as many of you may already know while the world looks on and does nothing to help them; with those in authority in Egypt and elsewhere and the mainstream media not even acknowledging these crimes taking place. Pray for them.

While the northeastern residents of Australia are still assessing the horrific damage from an unprecedented cyclone Yasi last week, two wildfires broke out in western Australia, one on the outskirts of the capital city Perth being fanned by gusting winds, and has destroyed 41 homes, causing the evacuation of several residents, and one fire in Swan Valley has largely been brought under control, but another in the communities of Roleystone and Kelmscott remained unpredictable in pockets, according to the authority. Read about it here
The two blazes have razed 4,000 acres (1,600 hectares) of forested land to the north and southeast of Perth since Saturday, Fire and Emergency Services Authority spokesman Alan Gale said. Several people were treated for smoke inhalation.
One fire in Swan Valley has largely been brought under control, but another in the communities of Roleystone and Kelmscott remained unpredictable in pockets, according to the authority.

Brushing it off as a lack of oxygen, biologists are not sure why thousands of dead fish washed ashore with millions more are assumed to die in another mass fish kill off Sebastian Inlet Park in Florida. Read the complete story here
The premier saltwater fishing spot on Florida’s east coast, Sebastian Park is a favorite for anglers nationwide for catching snook, redfish, bluefish and Spanish makerel from its jetties.
If anything, the deadly chemical dispersant corexit spread all over the Gulf of Mexico oil catastrophe, mixed with the oil more than likely is the culprit contributing to a lack of oxygen in the massive fish kill in this most recent massive loss of sea creatures.
Can anyone doubt that America, and the world is under God’s curse for rampant sin and rejecting God’s son, Jesus Christ as our atonement for sin?
Because of sin in the land of Israel, no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land; but lying, killing, stealing and committing adultery, God took away their food. Hosea, God's prophet writes in Chapter 4:1-3
Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall lanquish, with the beasts of the field, and the fowls of heaven, yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.
Are we any different today? Have we not learned any lessons from the Israelites? Obviously not, because we are suffering from the same fate. America, because it has thrown Jesus Christ out of the land and replaced Him with false gods and idolatry, is reaping what it has sown for many decades, and is now paying the consequences.
The Lord is in the sin forgiving business. If you are reading this and if you haven't repented of your sins, you can do so right now while you still have time. However, for America, I believe, it has crossed over the line, and it is too late for her.
He is waiting for you to call upon Him....
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20
Just days after a leading member of the Muslim Brotherhood, the opposition party in Egypt, called for Egyptians to prepare for war with Israel, stating that the Suez Canal should be closed immediately, and that the flow of gas from Egypt to Israel should cease “in order to bring about the downfall of the Mubarak regime," saboteurs blew up the Sinai Gas Pipeline, which supplies about 40 percent of Israel’s gas and 80 percent of Jordan’s gas.
An explosive device was detonated inside the terminal, and the regional governor, Abdel Wahab Mabrouk, said he suspected sabotage. The Sinai Peninsula borders both Israel and the Gaza Strip, ruled by the Islamic militant Hamas, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.
I’m praying for peace in Egypt where most of the turmoil and violence is taking place right now as well as the entire muslim world in the Middle East that many muslims will come to know their true saviour, Jesus Christ who loved them enough to die for them for the forgiveness of sins, and rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures. But I am afraid that before peace can come to Egypt, Isaiah’s prophecy outlines a very disastrous, violent future for Egypt in the last days that will lead up to the coming of the Lord. All is not dark news for Egypt, though. At the end of Isaish’s prophecy, there is some very good news. You can read about it in Isaiah 19.
As we watch the changes throughout the world, remember that everything is being set for the return of the Lord. We could not ask for more!

Israeli archaeologist Amir Ganor shows the mosaic floor of a Byzantine-period church, which was discovered following excavations in Hirbet Madras, near the Israeli town of Beit Shemesh, on Wednesday. Some scholars believe it may be the residence and tomb of the Prophet Zechariah
The tomb of the biblical prophet Zechariah may have been discovered in central Israel. A stunning and timely find for the time we are living in, God’s prophet Zechariah wrote of the first coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ.
Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having savation; lowely, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
and specific latter day prophecies concerning God’s Holy City of Jerusalem in Zechariah Chapter 12:2-3 that we are witnessing come to pass today; and future events concerning the salvation of Judah, and the end time battle against Jerusalem written about in Zechariah Chapter 14 involving all nations that is being set up now, as we watch the events unfold in the Middle East against Israel by neighboring arab-muslim enemies and the world’s nations going against Israel, and the glorious time when Christ returns.
What is believed to be Zachariah’s tomb was stumbled upon when archaeologists discovered a church dating to the sixth and seventh centuries CE with an impressive mosaic floor .
Tunnels were uncovered under the church, located in Adullam Park, containing coins, stone tools, lamps and clay vessels from the first and second century CE. Based on the finds, Israel Antiquities Authority excavators believe the tunnels were used by residents of the large Jewish community that existed at the site during the Bar Kokhba Revolt (132-135 CE ).
Scholars believe the church was built at the end of the fifth century. Most of the church floor was covered with a complex mosaic, much of which has been well preserved, whose stones measure between seven and eight millimeters. "This is one of the most beautiful mosaics discovered in Israel in recent years, " Ganor says.
The designs include geometric patterns, plants and animals, including a spotted leopard, a fox, a bear, a peacock, a lion devouring an ibex, a bull and fish.
At its last stage, the church was constructed as a basilica, with a large entrance hall paved with stone slabs that led inward to the main hall, in which stood eight marble columns with ornate capitals imported from Asia Minor.
An empty underground tomb was also discovered at the site, which some scholars, among them archaeologists Dr. Uzi Dahari and Prof. Yoram Tzafrir, believe was venerated in the Byzantine period as the tomb of Zechariah the prophet, based on an inscription on the Madaba Map.. The latter was a map of the Holy Land that was part of the mosaic floor of a sixth-century church in Jordan. It contains many names of sites and has been proven accurate in many cases.
"On the map a mounment appears in this area marked as the tomb of Zechariah the prophet. A church appears on the map next to a horseshoe-shaped structure. When we came to the site we saw the ancient tomb under the church had a horseshoe shape", Ganor said.

During this past week we have witnessed extreme weather chaos ever recorded in recent history on two continents thousands of miles apart from each other.

As Australia was preparing thousands of people into a place of safety from an unprecedent killer category five Cyclone Yasi that ripped apart the coastal towns of Cardwell, Mission Beach and totally devastating Tully in Queesland, Australia, thousands of miles away on the other side of the world the United States of America on the North American Continent was pounded with an unprecedented monster snow storm affecting 2,100 miles of the country, from Texas to Maine, paralyzing Chicago and the rest of the Midwest affected by the storm. And in the northeast path of the storm, many roofs and buildings were reported to have collapsed from the weight of the snow and precipitation.

Everywhere, it seems you hear people saying the weather isn’t what it used to be. And most people, even the skeptics, will admit that something strange is indeed happening to the weather on earth. Al Gore and his green followers will tell you it's global warming, now climate change as the cause, fooling only themselves.
But the fact is, according to multiple biblical accounts, God has always used the weather as a means of intervention to influence events and world history upon the earth. The scriptures attest to this truth.
In the past, when the Israelites were wandering in the wilderness, headed for the Promised Land, God gave them the Ten Commandments through Moses, and the Israelites were warned to obey these commands; if the Israelites did not obey His commandments, they would incur a drought.
Deuteronomy 28:23,24
And thy heaven that is over thy head shall be brass, and the earth that is under thee shall be iron.
The LORD shall make the rain of thy land powder and dust: from heaven shall it come down upon thee, until thou be destroyed
When God’s prophet Ezekiel challenged those false prophets in Israel, warning that they would be judged by God, the Lord spoke through His prophet Ezekiel, saying:
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it. Ezekiel 13:13
These are only a few of the many times the Lord used the weather throughout the Old Testament to intervene and influence events on earth, but there are many, many others.
The point I am making here is that if God used disastrous weather calamities as a judgment against rebellious people and the Israelites in times past, we can be assured that He is doing so today, and will do so in the near future during the climatic end of the age. It is all prophised to happen.
Jesus Himself warned us of future calamities from weather in His prophecy from Luke Chapter 21:25, warning people what would occur on the earth just before His coming again:
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.
Jesus then said that men’s hearts would literally fail them for fear from seeing the things which are coming upon the earth.
We needn’t be surprised by these weather phenomena and disasters we are seeing take place around the world. It has all been written down for us beforehand, and we can trust that God will fulfill everything He said He would. And through it all, come what may, we can trust Him to save us.

As God’s prophet, Isaiah foretold in Isaiah 19, we are seeing Egyptian against Egyptian come to pass before our very eyes as written in the first part of this prophecy.
Isaiah 19 King James Bible
1The burden of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.
2AndI will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight everyone against his brother, and everyone against his neighbor; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.
3.And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof, and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards.
4. And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.
5And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up.
6And they shall turn the rivers far away; and the brooks of defence shall be emptied and dried up: the reeds and flags shall wither.
7The paper reeds by the brooks, by the mouth of the brooks, and every thing sown by the brooks, shall wither, be driven away, and be no more.
8The fishers also shall mourn, and all they that cast angle into the brooks shall lament, and they that spread nets upon the waters shall languish.
9Moreover they that work in fine flax, and they that weave networks, shall be confounded.
10And they shall be broken in the purposes thereof, all that make sluices and ponds for fish.
11Surely the princes of Zoan are fools, the counsel of the wise counsellors of Pharaoh is become brutish: how say ye unto Pharaoh, I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings?
12Where are they? where are thy wise men? and let them tell thee now, and let them know what the LORD of hosts hath purposed upon Egypt.
13The princes of Zoan are become fools, the princes of Noph are deceived; they have also seduced Egypt, even they that are the stay of the tribes thereof.
14The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.
15Neither shall there be any work for Egypt, which the head or tail, branch or rush, may do.
16In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.
17And the land of Judah shall be a terror unto Egypt, every one that maketh mention thereof shall be afraid in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it.
18In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of hosts; one shall be called, The city of destruction.
19In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.
20And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.
21And the LORD shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day, and shall do sacrifice and oblation; yea, they shall vow a vow unto the LORD, and perform it.
22And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.
23In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
24In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
25Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.
A day of rage is being set for tomorrow as the protests in the Middle East hits Yeman, as Yemen's president says he won't seek re-election or hand power to his son. The Middle East is becomming unglued before our very eyes, but ultimately, God is in control of events in world history, and He has a purpose for whatever is happening in the Middle East at present. Let's pray that multitudes of muslims in the Middle East will come to know the one true God, Jesus Christ, in all of this destruction we have witnessed by muslim radicals and find the true freedom they are looking for.

Saleh made the announcement as unprecedented protests sweep across North Africa and the Middle East.
The demonstrations have forced Tunisia's president from office, and they prompted Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to say Tuesday he would not run for re-election this year.
King Abdullah of Jordan, meanwhile, has sacked his government and appointed a new prime minister in the face of protests there.
In Yemen, Saleh had called an emergency parliamentary meeting ahead of a "day of rage" protests scheduled for Thursday.
