Ehud Barak Says Israel Ready To Cede Parts Of Jerusalem

Has the Jewish leadership learned nothing from past land for peace concessions? The Haaretz is reporting that Israel’s Defense Minister, Ehud Barak is now saying Israel is ready and willing to cede parts of Jerusalem, which amounts to nothing less than betrayal of  his own people,  and you can be sure Israel and the people of Israel will pay a bigger price than land for peace if Barak has his way,  as this latest deal for peace  slaps God in the face because the God of Israel has long ago declared through Moses:

The land shall not be sold forever: for the land is mine, for ye are strangers and sojourners with me Leviticus 25:23.
You have to recall, Ehud Barak is a far left dove who was willing to cede almost all of Israel's land to the PLO terrorist  Arafat when Ehud Barak was Prime Minister of Israel under Bill Clinton's Administration and Arafat the terrorist refused.    By announcing this publically in the left media Harretz, Ehud Barak is putting more pressure upon Prime Minister Netanyahu who has not been willing to cede any part of Jerusalem to the Arabs.

Giving God’s land away to Israel’s enemies for peace amounts to a bribe, which God has already warned Israel, through Moses, in Exodus 23:8 and King Soloman in Proverbs 15:27 not to do, and He will surely respond if the leadership of Israel goes against His divine Word and plan for the Land of Israel.  At the end of the day, whatever happens, God is using these parties to bring forth His divine plan for Israel to pass.

The latest deal is:

"Two states for two nations; an end to the conflict and the end of all future demands; the demarcation of a border that will run inside the Land of Israel, and within that border will lie a solid Jewish majority for generations and on the other side will be a demilitarized Palestinian state but one that will be viable politically, economically, and territorially; keeping the settlement blocs in our hands; retrieving and relocating the isolated settlements into the settlement blocs or within Israel; a solution to the refugee problem [whereby refugees return to] the Palestinian state or are rehabilitated by international aid; comprehensive security arrangements and a solution to the Jerusalem problem."
What is the solution in Jerusalem?

"West Jerusalem and 12 Jewish neighborhoods that are home to 200,000 residents will be ours. The Arab neighborhoods in which close to a quarter million Palestinians live will be theirs. There will be a special regime in place along with agreed upon arrangements in the Old City, the Mount of Olives and the City of David."
I don't think so.   God will not let His City of Jerusalem be divided.
