A 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Japan Thursday night with a tsunami warning for a wave up to one meter.
The quake struck off the easter coast 60 miles from Sendai and 90miles from Fukushima, and 215 miles from Tokyo. See UPDATE
