As I mentioned in a previous story in August of '08, we need to keep our eyes on Turkey as Turkey is a very strategic Islamic country in the Middle East that will play an important role in an Islamic alliance against Israel in Ezekiel's War outlined in Ezekiel Chapter 38. While Turkey has been a good ally to Israel in the past, as well as a NATO member, there seems to be a developing crisis now between Turkey and Israel, as the following Debka article substantiates. This is exactly what needs to happen before Gog can become the chief prince over Turkey, and Turkey aligns itself against Israel in Ezekiel's War.

The growing tensions between Israel and Turkey have destroyed prolific commerce relations which took years to establish, says Menashe Carmon, chairman of the Israel-Turkey Business Council.
Diplomatic relations between Jerusalem and Ankara have been strained ever since Israel launched Operation Cast Lead. Tensions rose further after Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan walked off the stage at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, after verbally sparring with Israeli President Shimon Peres over the fighting in Gaza.
Things seemed to escalate even more over the weekend, as Turkey announced it would be looking into the possibility of prosecuting Israeli officials for alleged genocide during the Gaza offensive.
As I have stated, according to Ezekiel's prophecy, Gog is the chief prince of Me-sheck and Tubal (Ezekiel 38:3) and Meshech and Tubal are in the area that today is Turkey with portions of northern Syria as well as northern Iraq. This area is also out of the northern parts, meeting the specifications of Ezekiel 38:15, 39:2
Will Gog, or anti-christ become the chief prince of Turkey because of this new crisis between Israel and Turkey ( as well as as the northern part of Syria and Iraq), which happens to be a part of the old Hashemite Kingdom. We need to watch.
