Netanyahu: This Is A State of Emergency

While a state of emergency is brewing in Israel, and PM Netanyahu is placing Israel and its very survival as his main concern at a time when Iran has enough uranium to make a nuclear weapon, and rockets are now landing in Israel being fired from Lebanon, as well as from the south, Tzipi Livni refuses to cooperate and form a broad coalition government with him at a time when Israel's very survival is at stake. It kinda looks like Livni's ego is much bigger than her reasoning ability. Giving away land for peace which is Livni's agenda and the main obstacle keeping Livni from joining Netanyahu's government, when your country's very existence is of major concern does not display any loyalty toward your country and your own people. Mr. Netanyahu is better off without her in my opinion and will now have to go for a hard line right coalition with the smaller parties, and build a coalition with them. Even so, Livni I fear will remain a thorn in Natanyahu's side. May God's will be accomplished in Israel.

  • Never have we faced such a state of emergency, with the possible exception of the War of Independence," he told his fellow Likud members in the faction's weekly meeting at the Knesset. More
