Pentecost Sunday

Today is Pentecost Sunday, the day Bible believing Christians observe the decent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles in the upper room promised by the Lord Jesus Christ as told in the Book of Acts Chapter 2.
  • "AND when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." 1-4
The Jerusalem Post is reporting that a Christian online broadcast provider is streaming live Pentecost services from Jerusalem this weekend in an effort to help connect believers around the globe to the Holy Land.

The web feed from a Christian prayer tent on the Mount of Olives is accessible free of charge on http://www.ipraytv.com/.

"Naturally it would be ideal if we could bring each and every believer to experience the Holy Land in person, but at least we now have the technology to bring them closer," said Mike Peros, Founder and CEO of IPrayTV.
