This is nothing new. This groundhog has a reputation for seeing his shadow. Ever since the tradition began in 1887, Punxsutawney Phil or his ancestors have seen their shadow close to one hundred times, and only predicting an early spring sixteen times according to record keepers.

Or, 10 more months of Obama maybe. He managed to ignore the court order in Georgia for him to appear, being above the law and special, like everyone else in his regime.
