The newest gimmick taking place at Lakeland with Todd Bentley sounds like the tabloid news ..."Do you know someone who was resurrected from the dead and has a testimony?" Todd Bentley wants to hear about it using his email resurrection promotional campaign.
In this video Bentley claims 21 resurrections but of course there is no medical evidence documented from reputable medical people. Bentley simply reads from his script to keep the show going. It really is not surprising that Todd Bentley needs to obtain testimonials via email to back up his claims. After all, from this audio from Living In The Way, it is quite apparent from these comments from Bentley that Bentley himself doesn't know what he believes.
Quote from Todd Bentley:"the anointing is NOT the Holy Spirit.... the anointing is NOT the Father and the anointing is NOT Jesus" ...the anointing is 'substance.'
So now the 'anointing is 'substance'. This is very revealing indeed. Along with reading the blasphemous teachings of Benny Hinn Word of Faith false doctrines, it is evident that Todd Bentley has taken cues from Kenneth Copeland, the leader of this blasphemous movement.
Kenneth Copeland (The Force of Faith, 1989, 10)"Faith is a spiritual force...."It is substance." Faith has the ability to effect natural substance."?
hmmm... I could of told Bentley weeks ago that his 'anointing' is not of God. The Word of God tells us that "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints"I Corinth 14:33 and that satan is the father of lies “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”. - John 8:44
