International and Islamic Law To Be Banned In Oklahoma

The people of Oklahoma have the right idea. The intention of this recent new proposal is to ban international and islamic or sharia law in the great state of Oklahoma and to prevent activist judges with their own personal agenda from legislating and dictating laws from the bench, which is the legislature’s job, that conflict with the American Constitution.

Of course, there are those in the muslim community who think this is an attack on Islam, and are contemplating filing a lawsuit  (because they will no longer be able to use the laws of the American Constitution, the very Judea-Christian laws America was founded upon, against the  American Judicial system to promote their Islamic agenda such as Sharia law.)  Which only proves that these muslims never intended to integrate in the first place.

Republican Rex Duncan, the sponsor of the measure, called it a "pre-emptive strike" designed to close the door on activist judges. But Awad says it reflects anti-Muslim prejudice and would prevent judges from giving due consideration to treaties endorsed by the U.S. Congress.

Get over it CAIR.  The American Constitution is the law of the land of America, not not  some worthless,  invalid treaty that you can pull out of your bag of tricks  that was never ratified and signed by a full congress.

How absurd to even consider a lawsuit.  Just imagine if every religious or ethnic group that ever  immigrated to America demanded that the  America governmental system institute  the laws of the country they left.  This is pure insanity, like cutting off someone's hand for stealing, or flogging a woman with 99 lashes for talking to a man, or beating your wife because she wouldn't have sex.

This ban needs to go viral all across America. If muslims want to live here, they are welcome to integrate with others who have come before them and integrated into the Judea-Christian, western  way of life; if they want to live under Islamic law, then they need to go back to the muslim country they came from where they can live under this oppressive, totalitarian rule.
