Justice Souter denies injunction for stay of predidential election

Justice Souter's Clerk has informed Mr. Berg that Mr. Berg's application for an injunction to stay the November 4th election has been denied. (The U. S. Supreme Court Docket is below.)
For the many readers who have visited my website to read about the lawsuit filed against Barack Hussein Obama by Attorney Philip J. Berg concerning Barack Hussein Obama's ineligibiity to run for President of the United States due to his failure and or refusal to produce a legal birth certificate that verifies Barack Hussein Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States, this is to advise that I have discovered today, Nov. 1, 2008 that Attorney Philip J. Berg's website with all of this pertinent information has been removed from Google search engine and cannot be found. It appears the left media/Obama Campaign is attempting to control the truth and information concerning Obama's ineligibility to run for President of the United States.
