'Why Believe in a God?' Ad Campaign Launches on D.C. Buses

Such high-profile promotion isn't new to the American Humanist Association. Throughout 2008, humanist advertising has become more visible across the nation. In particular, highway billboards have been erected just outside of New York City, Philadelphia, and other major cities. They read: "Don't believe in God? You are not alone." Source

WASHINGTON, D.C. — You better watch out. There is a new combatant in the Christmas wars.
Ads proclaiming, "Why believe in a god? Just be good for goodness' sake," will appear on Washington, D.C., buses starting next week and running through December. The American Humanist Association unveiled the provocative $40,000 holiday ad campaign Tuesday.
In lifting lyrics from "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," the Washington-based group is wading into what has become a perennial debate over commercialism, religion in the public square and the meaning of Christmas. More

I've heard many Brits say that in the U.K. godlessness is the norm, and that Christians are so scared because of "political correctness"that no one will speak up in the name of Christianity because you can get fired from your job for making any kind of biblical assertions that pertain to the lifestyle and morals of people in general. To be honest, political correctness is not the correct term to use. Religious tyranny against Christians is more appropriate.

I can see where this is going. This is no conspiracy friends. This is real life, alive and thriving not only in the U.K., but in America.

I don't live in D.C., but it won't be long before this religious tyranny will catch on and be in every city across America if American Christians surrender to the anti-god agenda. Be rooted and grounded in your faith as you get ready for the persecution when you take Jesus Christ to work on the bus with you and mention His name. I can assure you, there will be a disgruntled indoctrinated in diversity passenger that will be offended by your use of the name of Jesus not only at Christmas time, but throughout the year, and you will be persecuted. Forget about your rights under the American Constitution.

Remember what Peter, the apostle of our Lord said:Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. I Peter 5:8
And Paul, for the sake of the Gospel:
10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God;
18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;
19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me , that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak. Ephesians 6
