Trans World Radio Reaching "Roman Catholic" Territory in Europe With The Gospel

For centuries, countries in Europe and their people have been enslaved to the Roman Catholic priest and Roman Catholicism, who keep these poor souls in the darkness of Roman Catholic paganism and all of its worldly manmade sacraments and rituals, but now European countries no longer have to depend upon the Roman catholic institution to teach them the words of Jesus and His salvation message written in the Bible. Praise God that the true Gospel of Christ is going forth where Roman Catholicism has a strong hold. The true Gospel of Christ is not one of mysticism, but one of the utmost simplicity, and you do not need a priest to decipher it for you as "the church" wants you to believe. Jesus said in Matthew 18:3:

Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. The Gospel of Christ is so simple that a child can understand it.

Trans World Radio is reaching out to some of the least evangelized countries of the world with the gospel.

It is estimated that less than five percent of communities in southern European countries such as Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and Greece have a Bible-believing church. Tom Streeter, director of south Europe ministries for Trans World Radio-Europe (TWR), says larger churches throughout the area have often kept God's Word from the people.

"The church has said the Bible's too mystical, too deep for the average person to understand, so don't even try. If you have a question, [they tell them] go to your priest," Streeter explains.

But Streeter says TWR has been able to bring solid bBiblical teaching to listeners by placing Christian programs on secular stations. "The joy is to see the response from people, who turn on their radio, tune to a local commercial station that they're used to listening to and find a program that in very simple terminology explains the contents of the scripture, and they're amazed," he notes. "They thought it was impossible to understand the Bible."

Thanks be to God for this wonderful news. Let us pray that the masses in southern Europe stuck in Roman Catholicism darkness are exposed to the true light of Christ.
