Iranian Government Video Says Return Of Mahdi Very Near

According to CBN reporter Erick Stakelbeck, the Iranian government has produced a video that attributes the current unrest and turmoil in North Africa and the Middle East as an indication the return of the twelth Imam, or Mahdi is very near. Supposedly, this belief by the Iranian government is consistent with Shia Islamic prophecy, and reinforces the Iranian regime's belief that chaos in Israel and the Middle East is necessary to bring the Mahdi or the Islamic "saviour" back.

The Mahdi is, in fact, the Anti-Christ. Please read “The Islamic Anti-Christ, which gives a a very well done exposition/interpretation that clearly illustrates the parallels/conflicts between the Koran and other Islamic “holy” writings and God’s Word in the Holy Scripture.

Nobody can know for sure yet, it has to be declared and I do wonder how it would fit in with this idea of a 10 headed kingdom arising probably out of the old Roman Empire which was more Europe than Middle East where the Mahdi I would assume takes reign. There are many leaders currently inside Europe and some very wealthy back-scenes influence peddlers, George Soros just to name an example, whom I have also wondered if they could be the AntiChrist or else the prelude to ushering him in. Or else Mahdi, since connotated with Islam, could become the False Prophet perhaps, someone to head Church of Babylon while AntiChrist handles the political affairs. I'm not arguing, but it's curious to try to guess who it might eventually turn out to be, though it is going to become very clear very soon at the rate things are moving.
