  1. It's shocking to see such destruction
    flowing so smoothly.
I was thinking on wormwood and I just don't know.
With all the nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants it wouldn't be hard to see how so much bitter pollution can come about.
Nuclear missiles with their fiery propellant exhaust would look like stars falling from the sky at night wouldn't they and poison everything ?

There is a recently discovered comet called Elenin that is expected to come very close to the earth in September 2011. It is calculated to get to inside the earth's orbit around the sun and very close to the earth.

There is also a large meteor that's been discovered that comes almost as close to the earth as is the moon in another 10 to 15 years, then spirals around a second time only a few years later, with the second passage not known if it will intercept or miss.

If the Bible talks about a mountain falling from the sky and about Wormwood falling from the sky, because of recent discoveries and calculations of these objects' trajectories, I suspect that it will be literally actual mountains falling from the sky and they won't be nuclear missiles.

    Hi Toni,
After sleeping on this and praying about it I don't agree with Ed for many reasons.
A third of Christian's would have to include Catholic's and Orthodox Christian's and these numbers are not truly Christian.
So first thing ,his numbers are no good.

2nd- The 7 trumpet judgments are something coming from God in heaven.
3rd - Nothing like this has ever happened in the bible before and there is no place in the bible to look to compare 7 trumpet judgments against the inhabitants of the earth except Noah's flood.

The (book) Revelation of Jesus Christ is just that.

Ed is watering down God's judgments on the earth and focusing it away from the intended target which is
"“Woe, woe, woe to the inhabitants of the earth."verse 13

If you look at the 3rd verse of Revelation 8 It is God answering the prayers of His saints for justice as vengeance is His to mete out against the wicked inhabitants on the earth.
That is what Revelation 8 is all about.

It will be literal and supernatural beyond Ed's 'natural' law.
It's wrong for Ed to put God in his small box.

"And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets
Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth.
The first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up."
