NASA has come up with a new way for the earth to be destroyed – solar storms. And it reads like a verse or two or three straight from the Book of Revelation. Solor Storms could be a real threat in 2013. "The sun is waking up from a deep slumber, and in the next few years we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity," said NASA scientist Richard Fisher in a release.
The National Academy of Sciences released a report two years ago entitled "Severe Space Weather Events – Societal and Economic Impacts." It warned that a solar activity storm "could cause twenty times more economic damage than Hurricane Katrina."
Scientists are preparing for the modern day equivalent of such a cycle as the sun's solar cycle is expected to peek at about the same level in May 2013 as it did in 1859. Read More
Interesting, this scientific preview reads like it is from the Book of Revelation concerning solar storms affecting the earth: It's no coincidence that Science and the Bible agree. But try telling that to the green people.
Revelation 6:12 reads: And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and Revelation 8:7-11 speaks of an ecological judgment upon the earth, and in Revelation 8:12 John speaks of a third part of the sun being smitten, and Revelation 16:8 John tells us that the sun will even burn people on the earth with fire: The fourth angel poured his bowl on the sun. The sun was allowed to burn people with fire.
The Lord is sending the people of the earth warning signs like never before that great tribulation and He is coming very soon.
