Jordan's King Abdullah II Fires Government

Taking a cue from the rioting and massive protests in Egypt over lack of political freedoms and reforms, unemployment, poverty, and humans rights issues, Jordan's King Abdullah II has fired the government, following street protests and ordered a former prime minister to launch immediate political reforms on Tuesday, but the opposition dismissed the move as insufficient. I have noticed that what started out as a legitimate peaceful grassroots movement against the government of Egypt, mainly President Hosni Murburak’s authoritarian  rule,  has turned into one big massive destructive riot, and not protesting, violent attacks against the Egyptian police with setting many police stations on fire, government office buildings and cars being set afire, massive looting of private shops and homes and the Egyptian museum housing ancient mummies being destroyed by rioters, and Muslim Brotherhood militants being set free from prison.. The entire peaceful protest movement has been exploited and hijacked by the Muslim Brotherhood and other radical factions in the Middle East who are out to overthrow every regime within North Africa and the Middle East and replace it with with a radical Islamic regime such as in Gaza, Lebanon  Iran and Syria who believe jihad is the only way to freedom.

And he will be a wilde man; his hand will be against euery man, and every mans hand against him: & he shal dwell in the presence of all his brethren. Genesis 16:12
Meanwhile, the Western-backed Palestinian government in the West Bank said Tuesday it will hold local council elections "as soon as possible" — a surprise move reflecting fears that massive anti-government protests spreading across the Arab world could inspire unrest there, too.

Jordan's Islamists quickly expressed their anger with the appointment of Bakhit, whose government oversaw local and parliamentary elections in 2007 seen as marred by vote-rigging that left them with a handful of seats in a pro-government assembly.

As those committed to the Gospel message fully know, Jesus Christ is the world’s only hope for peace in these perilous times we live in, and the answer to true freedom. And we know He is coming back very  soon as we watch  the prophetic events rapidly lining up.   The Middle East, the geographical focus of major end time wars prophesied in Ezekiel 38 and Ezekiel 39, Isaiah 17 and Isaiah 19, Psalm 83 and Jeramiah 49 are swiftly coming as we look at the news coming out of the Middle East, rapidly changing at breath taking speed, as we see radical Islam uniting throughout the Middle East in the name of "regime change."

Ultimately, God is in control of events in world history, and He has a purpose for whatever is happening in the Middle East at present.  Let's pray that multitudes of  muslims in the Middle East  will come to know the one true God, Jesus Christ,  in all of this destruction we have witnessed by muslim radicals and find the true freedom they are looking for.
